Elizabeth Hurley and her son Damian were reunited with Shane Warne’s children in Australia two years after his tragic death.
Cricket legend Shane passed away on March 4, 2022 at the age of 52 due to ‘natural causes’ in Koh Samui, Thailand.
Liz, who dated Shane from 2010 to 2013, flew to Oz with her 22-year-old son, who wrote on Instagram on Thursday about the importance of the trip.
While sharing photos with Brooke, 27, Jackson, 25, and Summer, 22, at The Birdcage at Flemington Racecourse for Crown Oaks Day, the photographer said he wanted to “postpone” going to Australia “forever” because it was “the The reality of Shane’s death really sinks in.”
But Damian said reuniting with the cricketer’s children ‘filled his heart’ as they spent some quality time together.

Sharing photos with Brooke, 27, Jackson, 25, and Summer, 22, at The Birdcage at Flemington Racecourse, the photographer said he had wanted to postpone his trip to Australia ‘forever’.

He wrote: ‘My forever family. Returning to Australia was always going to be difficult. Part of me wanted to put it off forever, knowing that once here, the reality of SW’s passing would really hit me.
“Now that I am back in this beautiful place that I was once fortunate to call home, I am overwhelmed with more love than I will ever be able to express in words. My heart is full.’
Shane’s death came two years after Damian’s father Steve Bing passed away at the age of 55 after tragically taking his own life.
Fans responded, telling Damian: “His spirit will always be with his family.”
Liz also posed for photos with the Warne brood and pulled off a photobombing snap.
At one point, she tenderly put her arm around Brooke as the two posed for a photo.
Brooke uploaded the image to her Instagram with the caption, “Oh hi, Elizabeth Hurley,” alongside two pink love hearts.
She also shared adorable images of Liz’s son Damian photobombing one of her Instagram Stories.
She captioned the clip: “Baby Brother missed you.”

This week Liz admitted returning to Melbourne was “bittersweet” after Shane’s death two years ago.
She took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a glimpse of her visit to the races with Damian, writing some poignant words in an accompanying caption.
Liz said her return to Down Under was ‘bittersweet’ as the city was ‘home to so many memories’ with her ex-partner Shane.
She wrote: ‘Bittersweet to be back in Melbourne, home to so many memories. Thank you @flemingtonvrc for inviting me and my son. We had a beautiful day.’
Liz started dating the Australian cricketer, born and raised in Melbourne, in 2010 before getting engaged the following year but eventually split in 2013.
He and Elizabeth remained close friends despite their divorce, and he labeled their relationship as the “happiest time of his life,” confessing that he was angry that things didn’t work out between them.
