Who lame-duck Joe Biden blames for Kamala’s catastrophic defeat as Democratic party tears itself apart

Those around Joe Biden are blaming Nancy Pelosi for Kamala Harris’ election loss, as Democrats begin bickering over who caused the party’s disaster.

It came as the president, 82, responded to Harris’ concession speech at Howard University on Wednesday.

The blame game went into overdrive last night when Biden confidantes told senior White House reporters that they held the former Speaker of the House responsible for quitting the race.

“Bidenworld” sources argue that not only should the president have stayed in the race, but he would also have won over the white working-class voters that Harris had largely ceded to Donald Trump.

The claim that Pelosi took him out of the race is similar to Biden blaming Barack Obama for demanding he not run against Hillary Clinton in 2016.

The bickering over who was to blame for Kamala Harris’ defeat in the presidential election began in earnest before the results were announced, with everyone from Tim Walz to white women to Biden himself.

However, there was also a sense of betrayal within the president’s ranks, sources said CNN Senior White House Correspondent Kayla Tausche said he himself was “deeply unpopular than anyone could imagine.”

Other Democratic party insiders have accused Tim Walz of being too left-wing, too popular and too tainted by the Kenosha riots, while others have blamed every possible demographic group.

Not enough white women showed up, too many black men switched to Donald Trump since 2020, and Hispanic voters left the party.

Media analysts also speculated that Joe Biden should have pulled the plug on his candidacy well before his disastrous debate performance.

This would have either given Harris more time to establish himself or allowed for an open primary to select a stronger candidate, they argued.

Earlier Tuesday, Biden appeared to begin the peaceful transfer of power by offering Trump an olive branch.

He later gave his reaction to Harris’ concession speech with tears in his eyes.

“What America saw today was the Kamala Harris I know and deeply admire. She has been a tremendous partner and public servant, full of integrity, courage and character,” he wrote.

Biden said very little about her loss itself, but complimented her on running a “historic campaign” despite “extraordinary circumstances” after being forced out of the race.

“As I have said before, choosing Kamala was the very first decision I made when I became a candidate for president in 2020. It was the best decision I made. Her story represents the best of the American story. And as she made clear today, I have no doubt she will continue to write that story,” he added.

He ended by saying, “She will continue to be a leader that children will look up to for generations.”

Biden called Trump to congratulate him on his dominant victory over Harris and invited him to the White House.

The 81-year-old commander-in-chief extended the olive branch to the newly elected president, a week after calling his supporters “trash” and hours after being confirmed as his successor.

The White House confirmed that Biden and Trump spoke on the phone Wednesday afternoon and “stressed the importance of working to bring the country together” and of a “smooth transition.”

Trump’s spokesman Steven Cheung confirmed that the re-elected president had accepted.

“President Trump looks forward to the meeting, which will take place soon, and greatly appreciates the call,” Cheung said in a statement.

Trump and Biden frequently exchanged deeply personal comments during the campaign, with the Republican focusing on the president’s decline and the Democrat saying he was the kind of person he would like to “kick in the ass**.”

Biden has said he will go to Trump’s inauguration after the president-elect skipped his in 2020 and instead flew straight to Mar-a-Lago.

Harris had a word of caution for the president-elect, praising him while she congratulated him.

The vice president’s concession call, which was confirmed shortly before 2 p.m. ET, came after Michigan was called for the president-elect, becoming the third state in the “blue wall” of states that would decide the election.

Trump’s team confirmed Harris’ call, saying the president-elect recognized Harris’ “professionalism” and “tenacity.”

Harris is on track to do worse than Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential election. She could even be on track to have the worst result of any Democrat in the Electoral College since the 1988 election.

Democrats were counting on the “blue wall” to give Harris the White House. But Trump won the trio of states: Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
