Microsoft Flight Sim 2024 is the next big Game Pass game on day one
Xbox wire has announced the additions to Game Pass for the first half of November, tasked with keeping the momentum of major releases going on the service’s first day following last month’s release Call of Duty: Black Ops6 falls to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
Polygon recently had the chance to take the 2024 edition of the industry-leading aviation simulation for a test flight and thought it was stunning. The new game adds a massive career mode exploring many different flying disciplines, as well as challenge and photography modes, improved terrain and more.
Flight sim 2024 is not the only simulation game coming to Game Pass in November. It is preceded on November 7 by Goat Simulator: Remastereda shiny new re-release of Coffee Stain’s jokey sandbox game about being an anarchic ungulate.
It’s a big week for Game Pass overall, as on Tuesday, November 5, subscribers will get another day one release in the form of Metal Slug Tacticsas well as the aforementioned StarCraft: Remastered And StarCraft 2: Campaign Collection.
Under Microsoft’s new Game Pass subscription structure, all day one releases will only be available to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, while the StarCraft games join PC Game Pass and the Ultimate tier. Console players at the Game Pass Standard level are not forgotten, however. On Wednesday, November 6, they’ll get four games previously only available to Ultimate subscribers: Go Mechabal, Harold Halibut, The RewinderAnd Turnip boy robs a bank.
