Rihanna has urged fans to go to the polls before election day.

The Barbados-born singer, who cannot vote because she is not a U.S. citizen, asked her followers to vote “because I can’t.”

She joked about committing voter fraud in a video posted to her Instagram on Monday, a day before Election Day: “POV: I’m trying to sneak into the polls with my son’s passport. #votecause.”

She captioned the post with a telling message that hinted at her support for Kamala Harris for president: “when protecting pussies and firing pussies can all happen in one vote #votecauseicant #TanSuitSeason.”

Rihanna shares two sons with her partner A$AP Rocky, RZA, two, and Riot Rose, 14 months, who are both US citizens.

This is not the first time Rihanna has expressed her opinion on elections, despite not being a US citizen.

During the 2018 midterm elections, she reminded fans about the election on her Instagram.

In the caption of a post with voting information, she wrote, “It’s ELECTION DAY America!!! The most important day for the rest of your life… all you have is now! TODAY!!

“If you are tired of complaining about the state of the country and the government, then stand up and do something about it!!! #VOTE… simple!!! You have no excuse, and if you live in one of these states, it’s not too late to register today!! C’mon man, LET’S GO!!!’

The post prompted one fan to ask if Rihanna was a U.S. citizen, to which she responded, “No, I’m an immigrant trying to get your country together. Have you voted?’
