The 29-year-old singer and Victoria and David Beckham’s 19-year-old son apparently opted not to dress up for Halloween as they headed to London.
It comes after Jackie recently opened up about the huge surgical scar on her back and talked about how she had to learn to walk again three months ago.
She paired her striking bralet with hot pants, sheer tights, a long leather jacket and a black police hat.
While Cruz wore a blue jacket, an explicit T-shirt and a cap as he held hands with his beautiful girlfriend.

The 29-year-old singer and Victoria and David Beckham’s 19-year-old son apparently opted not to dress up for Halloween as they headed to London.
Despite it being Halloween, the couple didn’t appear to have dressed up at all as they headed into the capital.
The outing comes after Jackie shared a shocking photo of her post-surgery scar on Sunday, as she revealed she had to learn to walk again after a mysterious ordeal three months ago.
The songwriter took to her Instagram Story when she posted a photo of an extensive scar down the middle of her back.
Although Jackie didn’t reveal the details of her surgery, she said the grueling surgery earlier this year left her barely able to stand.
Reflecting on her recovery, she wrote: “Random thought. Wild to think that three months ago I learned to walk again and couldn’t get up.
‘Physically and mentally I was struggling, it took forever to get back to normal with myself, especially in terms of work and writing.’
She paused for a moment of gratitude and continued, “Our bodies are amazing and capable of so much. Take a moment to be grateful for your support systems, own willpower and strength, whatever you are going through.
“We all know it’s okay to not always be okay and hope everyone takes care of themselves as best they can/takes moments to focus on mental and physical health.”
Jackie added, “Come visit your friends too. Sending health hugs and love to everyone!’

Experts believe the songwriter underwent surgery for scoliosis, a spinal irregularity that causes an abnormal curvature in the spine.

The couple are said to have been dating since June, and she joined him to support Victoria at her Paris Fashion Week show last month.

Cruz recently revealed how in love he is with Jackie as he confessed his love for her on Friday as she celebrated her 29th birthday.
He shared a photo of Jackie waiting to blow out her candles on his Instagram Story and dropped the ‘L bomb’, writing: Happy Birthday xx I love you’.
Jackie and Victoria seem to be getting along well, with the Brazilian bearing a remarkable resemblance to the Spice Girl on numerous occasions.
With similar looks, hairstyles and dresses, it looks like Victoria could be one of Jackie’s style icons.
And it seems that Victoria herself has given Jackie gave her stamp of approval after the singer recently posed for a mirror photo on Instagram in a sexy black lace dress seemingly given to her by Victoria.
“Hot sauce and hotter outfits. thank you for the sharpest dream piece @victoriabeckham,” Apostel wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.
She also included a few other photos of herself in the gorgeous, curve-hugging, cut-out outfit in the post, showing herself laughing and smiling as she sat outside.

The dress doesn’t appear to be currently available as part of Victoria Beckham’s clothing collection, so it appears Beckham chose it specifically for Apostel.
According to HELLO!, the brunette beauty is almost ten years older than Cruz, who turns 20 in February.
They wrote: ‘[Jackie] was previously a member of the Brazilian girl band Schutz, [and] is nine years older than her boyfriend.
“In an Instagram post introducing the members of Schutz and shared on Instagram in 2022, Jackie is introduced as 26 years old, which now makes her 28. The star will turn 29 on October 18.’
