Tamzin Outhwaite looked incredible as she gave insight into her girls’ wellness trip to Qatar.
The EastEnders star, 53, shared a series of photos on Instagram on Thursday, posing in a plunging swimsuit as she soaked up the sun.
In another photo, Tamzin changed for a dip in the sea in a black swimsuit, which zipped up the front.
After her divorce from toyboy Tom Childs, she took some time for herself and enjoyed floating meditation, massages and spa days with a friend.
The actress captioned her post, “Celebrating my birthday with a retreat…Had the best few days at Zulal Wellness Resort.”

She continued, “My longest serving best friend @lucyalexandertv (38 years of friendship) always doubted my love for retreats, but I converted her!
‘We laughed, cried, ate our way through many excellent menus and learned a lot!
‘I can honestly say I’ve had the best massages, I’ve tried floating meditation, Lucy had her taste buds replaced and whatever tree hugging w**** this sounds like… I feel more connected to the earth and myself.
‘Lucy didn’t drink Percy Pigs or wine, and I fell a little more in love with her every day… What a joy to have had that time together in the most peaceful, nurturing and loving environment. That spa isn’t bad either!
‘What a unique place this is and Frances and James from @healingholidays have done it again. Thanks @limelightaccess @limelightescapes for sorting trips.”
The girls’ trip comes as Tamzin recently revealed the idea of dating ‘fills her with horror’ as she opens up about her split from actor Tom.
The EastEnders star explained on a Suddenly some podcast episode that she has been single for a few months and is focusing on herself.
She explained that after the end of her relationship with her toy boy lover Tom and the break-up of her marriage ten years earlier, she feels like she owes it to herself to explore life as a single woman.

The TV presenter confirmed she had split from her boyfriend Tom, 33, last month after six years together
The former couple met at a yoga class in 2017 but split earlier this summer.
She was previously married to Miranda star Tom Ellis, but the couple split in 2014 when he allegedly cheated on her with actress Emile De Ravin while filming the US series Once Upon a Time.
The actress told podcast hosts Tim Vincent and Siobhan Wykes about life after her divorce and revealed she is scared of dating again.
She said: ‘I’ve been single for a few months now and I think I owe it to myself to be single for a long time.
‘I have a relationship with myself and my children, and my ex of six and a half years is still a very good friend.’
‘The idea of going on a date fills me with horror. The awkwardness of it all. Even if someone said Brad Pitt comes along and really wants to take you out, I would still say no.”
She added that she would much rather focus on herself at the moment and doesn’t want to share her life with anyone other than her children.

She explained: ‘I hate the idea of being with the same person for the rest of my life.’
Tamzin further revealed that she no longer believes she is meant to be in a relationship with someone for the rest of her life and that she can no longer imagine settling down with “the one.”
‘There’s a lot to be said for people who stay in relationships forever because they couldn’t possibly get out; they will get through it together.
‘That’s true love. Hats off. I have so much respect for people who do that. But I don’t think now that some of us are meant to be with the same person for the rest of your life.” she said.
