6.0 magnitude earthquake rocks Oregon coast

The Oregon coast was rocked by a magnitude 6.1 earthquake on Wednesday.

The US Geological Survey detected the massive quake at 1:15 pm PT, with the epicenter about 170 miles west of Bandon and 250 miles west-southwest of Salem.

There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage, but officials assure that a tsunami is not expected to occur in the Pacific Ocean.
