Lady Gaga released the dark music video for her new single Disease on Wednesday, as she makes her big return to music.
The singer – a thirteen-time Grammy Award winner – has delighted fans with the first single from her upcoming album LG7, due out in February 2025.
She released a double feature of music videos which she also unveiled the video for Die With A Smile (Live in Vegas).
The disturbing video for Disease sees her fighting different versions of herself and chained in a darkened room.
The video begins with the star apparently the victim of a car accident as she lies bloodied on the hood of a car.

She wakes up bouncing and opens her eyes to start singing. She then climbs into the car to look at the driver who is dressed as a terrifying leather-look character.
She then jumps out of the car before engaging in a fierce battle with another version of herself.
The next scene features her chained in the dark, wearing white underwear and covered in scars as she stands on top of yet another version of herself.
She then wraps her legs around the other Lady Gaga in an attempt to strangle her as the tension builds.
The terrifying, leather-clad character from before is then seen vomiting black liquid next to another Lady Gaga lying on the top of her head.
She is then seen trying to escape the chaos as she becomes trapped between two closing walls that ultimately crush her to death.
It comes as Lady Gaga, 38, revealed she was ‘overwhelmed’ by her Little Monsters’ reaction to her latest song Disease.
The pop superstar said she feels “insane joy” over her fandom’s response to her electro-pop banger – and teased that there is “a LOT more to come.”

“I am so grateful and overwhelmed by your love for illness. Keep dancing. There’s a LOT more to come.
“I haven’t seen our community like this in a long time. Thank you for coming on this ride with me all these years and for still showing up for the music… happy Halloween (sic)’

With big names including Oasis and Coldplay booking multiple dates at stadiums across the UK, there would be no seats available for Gaga – whose last tour was the Chromatica Ball in 2022 – forcing her to postpone the run by a margin . year.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column: ‘Lady Gaga is planning the biggest tour of her career, but that will have to wait.
‘She sold out two nights at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium during her 20-date Chromatica Ball tour in 2022 and demand was such that she wants to challenge the boat even more this time.
‘Her next album is due out in the new year and she was hoping to spend much of the summer on tour.

Gaga recently appeared on the Smallzy’s Surgery podcast and teased that she was planning some concerts.
She said: ‘All I can tell you is that I felt so creative, really connected to music and I worked on so much music.
“I’m really excited to play it for the fans.”
