A remains of a tattooed young mother who recorded her fitness routine on TikTok have been discovered after she disappeared from a Walmart in Georgia.

Angel DeJesus Rivera-Sanches, 24, was arrested Monday, the day before the body of 25-year-old Minelys Zoe Rodriguez-Ramirez was discovered near the Walmart where she disappeared on Oct. 22.

Officials said Rodriguez-Ramirez was identified by her distinctive tattoos, but they are still awaiting a full autopsy after her remains were found following an extensive multi-day search involving the FBI.

Investigators have not provided a motive for why Rivera-Sanches allegedly killed the mother of one child. The manner of death has also not been announced.

The last time Rodriguez-Ramirez’s family heard from the 24-year-old was the night of October 22, when she visited a Walmart to exchange a photo she had taken with an acquaintance.

A cashier at Walmart said Minelys entered the Walmart that evening around 9:30 p.m. and that she texted her fiancé Julio Tovor at the same time he was going to sleep.

Tevor said he woke up to find Minelys hadn’t come home, and realized her last text didn’t seem right — she had texted him: “I’m waiting for the brother to pick him up.”

‘There was no point. She doesn’t talk like that,” Tevor said Now Habersham.

Her family urgently appealed for answers as authorities launched a search, which quickly turned up her vehicle on the side of a road near Walmart.

According to Now Habersham, witnesses said they saw a dark-colored SUV and a gold or yellow minivan next to Minelys’ vehicle at one point.

The search came to a tragic end when Minelys’ remains were discovered in a remote area near a road parallel to the Walmart where she was last seen.

Officials have not determined any cause of death and said the young mother’s remains will undergo an autopsy at the medical examiner’s office, and did not indicate how she was allegedly killed.

Rivera-Sanches’ arrest came as news of Rodriguez-Ramirez’s discovery was announced, and he was charged with one count of kidnapping.
