Sewer tsunami! A burst pipe sprays dirty water as high as a high-rise building through the entire Moscow suburb

This is the horrific moment a burst pipe sprayed a sewage fountain as high as a 10-storey tower block above a Moscow suburb.

Sickening footage showed a tower of murky water pouring from a pipe next to what appears to be a construction site in the Novaya Moskva district – before raining on nearby cars and buildings.

Pro-Ukrainian commentator and former adviser to the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Anton Gerashchenko, shared the video on social media and jokingly called the incident ‘as**tshow, literally!’.

Followers were quick to make fun of Russia, with one X user saying: ‘I see Moscow’s newest fountain attraction that represents everything about them.’

“The s**it in Moscow is apparently under very high pressure,” said another.

A third follower commented: ‘The most accurate portrayal of Russian society and civilization since Tolstoy’s War and Peace.’

His comments came amid reports that some cars and buildings in the area were sprayed with human waste after the sewage system burst.

However, some Moscow-based Telegram channels said the dirty water likely came from high-pressure water being forced through a gas pipeline.

Watch Out, Moscow channel said: “Regional Gazprom told us that this is the way air is purified for a new section of the gas pipeline. The situation is normal and under the control of specialists.’

Gazprom is a Russian state energy company.

Cleanup crews are reportedly on site to clear the sewage.

The incident comes amid complaints from Russians that since the start of the war with Ukraine, essential infrastructure such as hot water systems are now working only sporadically.

A similar sickening incident occurred in China in recent months, after a ‘poo canoe’ of brown-orange waste rained over the road in China’s southern Guangxi region.

Footage showed human waste plummeting more than 30 feet into the air, windshields being pelted with balls of feces as rain fell all around.

Unsuspecting pedestrians were also splashed from head to toe.
