Stefon Diggs ruled out for the season with horror injury in huge blow for Houston Texans

The Houston Texans were dealt a huge blow on Tuesday when it was confirmed that Stefon Diggs has suffered a season-ending injury.

The star wide receiver suffered a non-contact knee injury during the Texans’ win over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday and was not expected to play when the team travels to New York to play the Jets on Thursday Night Football.

However, it has now been announced that Diggs will not appear on the field at all this season.

It was confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that the wideout tore his ACL, ending his season.

Diggs was traded from the Buffalo Bills to the Texans in April to elevate Houston’s wide receiving corps to one of the best in the NFL.
