‘She was great at her job and so knowledgeable. I have been a groomer for 10 years and have learned a lot from her.

‘But she wasn’t just any dog ​​groomer, she was very funny, she was smart, she was bubbly, she had an infectious laugh and could make anyone laugh.

‘It’s a shock to everyone: she was so young and it feels so cruel.

Customers of Butler’s also shared their tributes on social media following her tragic death.

One said: ‘There are people in this world who make everything seem better, Hayley was one of them.

“She was always smiling and we were usually giggling about something or other.

“She was kind to our furry girls and to us.

‘I feel lucky to have met Hayley, it is a privilege to have known such a kind person.’
