Trump invents bizarre tale about Marjorie Taylor Greene dying in hydrogen car explosion: ‘We love her’
Donald Trump created a bizarre story about Georgian Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in an apparent attempt to criticize hydrogen cell car technologies.
The Republican candidate has repeatedly emphasized that hydrogen fuel cell cars are unsafe and even explode – although accidents with the new technology are rare.
He repeated these claims Monday night in Atlanta and decided to sharpen his criticism by imagining Marjorie Taylor Greene exploding in a car.
“You are not recognizable when something goes wrong,” Trump told the crowd at Georgia Tech.
‘If something goes wrong and Marjorie Taylor Greene with that beautiful blonde hair is driving down the highway in a hydrogen car and the problem with a hydrogen car[s]When something goes wrong, it’s like an atomic bomb. You are not recognisable.’

“But they say, ‘We think we have it under control.’ That’s not good enough.
“They’ll say, ‘We thought it was Marjorie Taylor Greene driving in the middle of the turnpike, but she’s no longer recognizable.
“We found something of her,” he joked.
He then laughed and said, “We love her,” before telling her to stand up to be recognized by the crowd.
The Republican candidate has previously made similar comments about the former race car driver and model when he headlined the Turning Point USA rally in Nevada.

There are currently 17,000 hydrogen cars on the road in California – the only state that allows their use. according to Car & Driver magazine.
The state has a number of rules to ensure that any escaping hydrogen does not pose an explosion risk, the magazine reports.
However, Ukrainian forces have also managed to turn a hydrogen cell car into a hydrogen bomb with a force of 400 pounds of TNT. Jalonik reported.
