Jessica Alves, 41, issues a stark warning over plastic surgery after she dissolved her facial fillers and was left with excess ‘rubbery’ skin
Jessica Alves has issued a stark warning after her facial fillers dissolved and were left with four inches of ‘rubbery’ skin on her cheeks.
The TV personality, 41, said dissolving the dermal fillers left her with so much excess loose skin around her face that she could “pinch and pull away four inches of skin.”
Jessica, who has spent over £1 million on more than 100 procedures, has traveled to Turkey to have her filler dissolved in the hope of achieving a more natural look.
But after the procedure, Jessica told MailOnline she needed a quick ponytail facelift after her quest to look more natural had unforeseen consequences that cost her a whopping £12,000.
She said: ‘If I pinched myself three inches, inches would disappear from my hand. It was very elastic, like rubber, so the doctor was able to remove six inches of my skin.”

She then warned the younger generations that the procedure does not prevent aging and, in her opinion, makes people look older.
Jessica told MailOnline: ‘Most of us women who started having facial fillers 20 years ago resolve it all.
‘These facial fillers, this hyaluronic acid, don’t make us look younger, in fact, it makes us look older. It gives us a round puffy face.
“All these women are the same age as me, 41, Kim Kardashian is 44, Christina Aguilera, we are all the same age and we are from the era when we started injecting ourselves 20 years ago to prevent aging.
“But what it does is it makes our face swell over time and distorts our face.”
Jessica revealed that she went to a retreat in Turkey to visit a plastic surgeon to have her fillers dissolved.

The next day she had to undergo a ponytail facelift – a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that tightens the skin on the face and neck and uses staples in the hairline.
Jessica said she is now ‘super happy’ after Cagda Orman’s work at Trio Surgery and has no plans to have any more cosmetic surgery in the future

And this isn’t the first time Jessica has flown to Turkey.
Earlier this year she arrived in Turkey for her latest operation – a £15,000 face, lip and neck lift on February 7.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star said she spends more than £10,000 a month on Botox, fillers and various other beauty procedures in a bid to achieve a youthful appearance.
‘I spend £10,000 a month on facial and body treatments alone to slow down my natural aging process…
‘I find myself in a different clinic in London every week, which has the latest therapies to improve my skin and reverse my natural aging process, and while all those procedures work, they are not permanent,’ she says. told MailOnline.
