Megan Mckenna proudly showed off her postpartum figure when she gave an honest update on Instagram on Sunday after welcoming her first child.

The former TOWIE star, 32, shared the exciting news earlier this month that she had welcomed a baby boy named Landon Henry with her footballer fiance Oliver Burke, 27.

And Megan continued to keep her followers updated as she navigated motherhood and provided insight into her breastfeeding journey.

The singer was seen candidly feeding baby Landon while lying in bed and holding a takeaway coffee cup.

In a second snap, Megan showed off her postpartum figure as she posed for a mirror selfie in a gray bra and black pants while holding her son.

The former reality star ‘proudly’ revealed she’s ‘on the other end of sore nipples’ and admitted breastfeeding isn’t for the weak.

She wrote: ‘What our Sundays look like now. Feeding, eating cake and trying to sleep when I can. 3 weeks of loving you Landon.

‘The last video is what I usually look like haha. Nipple cream, messy hair and maternity pants. I can proudly say that I am on the other end of the sore nipples, I have fed through the cracks. Wow, it’s not for the weak.

‘But now it’s so much easier and it will be so much better when I travel next year. I have food on tap 24 hours a day, without bags or bottles

“The next mission to complete is to set up this routine. I have tried to keep the feedings longer and a few hours apart.

‘Feeding on demand was the death knell for me and I started to lose sight of everything.’

She continued, “I don’t even think he was crying for food either, it was more for comfort! I noticed that he was hanging from my breasts like a doll most of the time and not really nursing. It works much better this way!

‘My stomach is healing nicely, I just feel very exhausted from lack of sleep. Naps are my favorite right now. He loves the black and white cards, I put them in his crib in the morning, his little eyes taking it all in is the best feeling in the world.

“Anyway, this is my little update, thanks for the love on my vlog.”

It comes after Megan said she’s had ‘the best week of her life’ as she shared heartwarming new photos of her son on Sunday.

She shared a photo of herself cradling her newborn in hospital, with Oliver by her side, after her C-section and another baby breastfeeding him for the first time.

Other sweet photos showed Landon wrapped in a white baby dress as she slept peacefully, but Megan showed off her sense of humor and also included a photo of her swollen ankles.

In the accompanying caption, she joked, “The best week of my life. Ps tear my ankles’.

Megan welcomed Landon via C-section as she shared unedited videos as she gave birth in Germany, and in the post announcing his birth, she wrote that he was born on October 7 at 8:33 am.

Her famous friends flooded the comments with messages congratulating the couple on their new arrival.

The singer’s sister Milly wrote: ‘Oh our beautiful baby Landon, he is so loved already. I can’t wait to take on the aunt duties all over again, I love you all so much, I can’t wait to give him the biggest hugs ‘

Her former TOWIE co-star Georgia Kousoulou wrote: Awwwwwww, congratulations’ while Natayla Wright commented: ‘Congratulations Megan’.

Just last month, Megan left Britain and moved to Germany to be with her footballer fiance Olly, where she made the decision to give birth there.

The Scot plays as a right winger or forward for the German football team, Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.

In an earlier Instagram video, Megan announced, “Guess what! I’m moving to Germany. I know I wrote some stories yesterday about packing.

‘And I don’t think many of you thought I was going to give birth, but let’s hope I don’t, because I’m now giving birth in Germany.

‘I know a few of you were saying, ‘Where’s Olly?’ Olly is in Germany and all our stuff has been in storage for a few months.

‘It’s a bit strange that I’m moving countries. I’m actually excited, like it’s obviously going to be a big change.”

Megan revealed that they had to ‘move hospitals at the last minute’ and it was ‘crazy’ and ‘all a bit of a rush’.

The original plan was for Olly to fly back in time before her due date. However, Megan was worried her partner would miss the birth of their baby.
