Fans tell Fox Sports’ star NFL analyst to immediately retire after yet another on-air blunder

Legendary NFL analyst Terry Bradshaw is drawing a lot of attention on social media after encountering yet another gaffe in the Fox Sports booth.

Bradshaw, 76, has been with the network for 30 years but has made a series of mistakes that have left fans perplexed in recent weeks.

His most recent blunder came on Sunday, when he was responsible for narrating highlights from the NFL’s 1 p.m.

As footage of the Buffalo Bills vs. Tennessee Titans game played on the screen, fans were left confused when Bradshaw instead started talking about the Cleveland Browns and Nick Chubb.

“Nick Chubb is back from the knee injury he suffered in week two of last year, but it’s Deshaun – oops, wrong one,” Bradshaw said as footage of a Bills touchdown played on the screen.

Bradshaw’s co-host Curt Menefee was forced to quickly clean up the mess created by his colleague, telling viewers, “This is Amari Cooper for Buffalo getting the touchdown.” His Bills debut, Buffalo rolled past Tennessee 34-10.”

The mistake is just the latest in a series of on-air blunders for Bradshaw, who previously drew criticism from fans for his awkward choice of words when discussing now-injured Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson.

During a live speech on Fox, Hall of Famer Bradshaw suggested benching Watson by claiming, “Are you putting Watson down now? He hasn’t played well since he’s been in Cleveland, he just hasn’t played well.”

Bradshaw’s wording caused Howie Long to clarify: ‘I don’t want to put him down. I’d like to leave him alone.’

Michael Strahan added, “Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. That was a bit harsh.’

Only last season Bradshaw, 76, was criticized by some fans for tripping up while reading the highlights at halftime.

Fans were also concerned about the former Steelers star at the time, as he coughed and sweated into the air.

Bradshaw has recently had health issues, as he was diagnosed with two different forms of cancer between November 2021 and March 2022.
