Nadia Bartel is considering a lavish $15 million mansion in Brighton.

The fashion brand founder Henne, 39, was a guest on new Channel Nine show Listings Melbourne.

Host and high-end real estate expert Andrew Campbell was tasked with finding Nadia a new luxury home in Melbourne’s bayside suburb.

‘Nadia is high-end, stylish and sophisticated. I have to be on my A-game,” the TV host said.

Together with Andrew, Nadia toured a lavish five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion.

The beautiful two-storey home in Melbourne exudes modern elegance, with large living areas and an array of luxury amenities.

Highlights include a games room with a bar, a home cinema, a dedicated office and a beautifully designed outdoor area, perfect for entertaining.

“This is incredible,” Nadia said, but she quickly noticed an element of the house she wasn’t happy with.

A partially built neighboring house seemed to dominate the view from the kitchen and living room.

‘I love it here, but I notice the new construction. It kind of blocks the view,” she said.

“The positive thing about that is that construction is going to happen and it’s going to look good and it’s going to be a better view than it is right now.”

Andrew explained that construction will take a few more months, but after that, Nadia will not have to endure any further construction.

It comes as the influencer recently stripped down to the essentials for her latest modeling gig.

The fashion designer will soon be seen on billboards in a series of racy outfits for Australian lingerie brand Fine Line.

The home also featured a beautifully designed outdoor space, perfect for entertaining

“This is incredible,” Nadia said

And the mum-of-two has revealed that showing off her amazing figure in the new campaign was a chance to renew her body confidence.

“I used to be more self-conscious about things when I was younger, but now I’ve had kids and my body has gone through changes and I just embrace that,” she said in a new interview with the Herald Sun on Saturday.

“That’s why this was a cool opportunity to do this. “I’m a working mom and I thought it was a good opportunity to put myself out there.”

In one of the ads for the Fine Line brand, Nadia is seen modeling a sexy red combination of a see-through bra and high-cut panties.

Elsewhere in the chat, Nadia said she hasn’t yet told her boys about the sexy ads, which will be common on the street.

“I’ll probably have to chat for a bit, but they’ll just laugh, they’re used to it by now,” she said.

Nadia shares her sons Aston, eight, and Henley, six, with her AFL star ex-husband Jimmy Bartel, to whom she was married from 2014 to 2021.
