Model says Fifth Avenue plastic surgeon ex made her sex slave and tortured her

A renowned plastic surgeon imprisoned and tortured his model girlfriend before trying to cover up his abuse by forcing fillers into her eye sockets that he had crushed, a new lawsuit claims.

Dr. Ammar Mahmoud has received dozens of glowing testimonials from his clients at Alinea Medical Spa in Manhattan, where he pays “special attention to sexual well-being and function.”

But model Maya Willow Sias claims she was repeatedly assaulted, raped and forced to have sex with prostitutes at his luxury apartment a few blocks away on Fifth Avenue.

Sias, 25, said she feared for her life and has filed a $10 million claim against the respected doctor, claiming he is a violent sex addict who abuses drugs and alcohol.

“While one would believe that it would be impossible to be shocked by depraved and misogynistic behavior today, Dr. Ammar Mahmoud to previously unimaginable levels,” the complaint alleges.

Sias made a name for herself as a model and influencer when she met Mahmoud last April during a party on a yacht in Miami.

The North Carolina girl said she turned down his invitation for a threesome with his then-girlfriend, but agreed to a date when she came to New York for a modeling job.

He began showering her with expensive gifts and glamorous foreign trips, but only revealed his “monstrous temper” after persuading her to move into his 17th-floor apartment, she claims.

“Almost every night, Dr. Mahmoud drugs and alcohol, and forced himself on Willow at all hours of the night, regardless of whether Willow consented to the sexual acts or was even conscious,” the lawsuit alleges.

And he reportedly became enraged after she woke up one night in June last year to find him entertaining three prostitutes in the two-bedroom apartment.

“After the women left, Dr. Mahmoud violently threw Willow to the ground, mercilessly beat her face and body, and smothered her face with a pillow, causing her to lose consciousness,” the complaint alleges.

“When she regained consciousness, Willow was in excruciating pain, her right eye was swollen shut, her right eye socket was fractured, her head was deformed, and her body and face were covered in blood and bruises,” it added.

“I thought I was going to die,” she said The mail.

Sias said Mahmoud later apologized and “confessed his undying love.”

But he reportedly refused to allow her to seek medical attention and imprisoned her in his apartment under threat of violence for a month until the injuries began to heal.”

Sias said he monitored the location of her cell phone to make sure she stayed put, but she used it to take graphic photos of the abuse she suffered.

Six weeks later, with the blows still visible, he smuggled her to his clinic where he injected fillers into her eye socket in an act of “calculated cruelty” intended to cover up his attack, the filing said.

“The procedure was excruciating and intentionally painful due to the lack of anesthesia,” the lawsuit alleges.

“He stabbed me in the face with a needle, I felt the needle scratching the bone,” she said.

A profile of the Rutgers University graduate describes him as a “highly respected cosmetic gynecologic surgeon, known for his expertise in minimally invasive procedures.”

“He has a particular focus on sexual well-being and function, and is committed to providing compassionate, professional care to his patients based on their individual needs,” Yourhealthmagazine.com reported.

But as the months passed, Mahmoud forced Sias to take antidepressants and ketamine to “keep her obedient and docile,” the lawsuit alleges, as his alleged abuse escalated.

“Mahmoud subjected Willow to further emotional, physical and sexual abuse, by forcing her to engage in non-consensual sexual activities with strangers, sexually abusing her while she was unconscious, and physically restraining and threatening her.

“Specifically, Dr. Mahmoud Willow to participate in threesomes with prostitutes even though she specifically told him “no”.

It is also claimed that he forced her to take a human growth hormone because he did not ‘approve’ of her body.

Mahmoud sued his ex-wife for defamation in 2019, denouncing her allegations as “outright fabrications,” and both lawsuits remain unresolved.

The doctor has not yet responded to Sias’ subpoena, filed Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court, but told the Post he would fight the lawsuit and “unequivocally” denies her claims.
