Lauren Phillips left outraged as she speaks to male escort: ‘I thought I would think this is really gross’

Radio personality Lauren Phillips admits she went into an interview with a well-known male escort thinking she would find what he had to say “very dirty.”

The Nova star, 41, and her co-host Jase Hawkins interviewed George Goulburn on their Jase & Lauren breakfast show on Wednesday.

Lauren started by pressing the 52-year-old on whether he took relationship status into account when seeing female customers.

“Do you care whether your clients are engaged, married or single?” Lauren asked.

“It’s their business, so I leave it up to them. They come to see me for a reason, whatever it may be. So no, it has no bearing on whether I accept it or not,” Goulburn replied.

He revealed that his clients often include widowers in their 50s, divorcees and older women whose husbands are no longer sexually interested in them.

Lauren then challenged George about his favorite job description as “sex worker.”

“I think if we had a female escort here right now, people would say, ‘She’s a whore,'” Lauren said.

“It really bothers me that men and women are treated so differently when it comes to sex,” she continued.

“This segment would be considered more scandalous if it was a woman we were talking to,” Jase added.

Although she was outraged by the double standards placed on male versus female sex workers, Lauren admitted that George had actually changed his mind.

‘Yes. Well, I feel like, I don’t know, maybe this is controversial, but for some reason, as I’m sitting here talking to you right now, before I met you and we had this conversation, I thought I really dirty, but I don’t really feel dirty about this,” she admitted.

“You have to think that there are people out there who are, you know, divorcees, widows, widowers, who just want comfort,” Jase agreed.

George made a very unusual change to his working life a year ago: he switched from the world of sustainable energy to something with more immediate results.

He now works as a heterosexual male escort, with clients ranging in age from “very attractive women in their 30s to an 80-year-old with a “very high sex drive.”

“When I got made redundant from my last full-time job, I thought, what do I do now,” the NSW-based man told Ny Breaking Australia.

He always enjoyed sex, loves women and had gone on thousands of dates in the decade before he decided to make the ‘natural progression’ into escort work.

That price ranges from $1,200 for a two-hour “intimate rendezvous,” to $2,500 for a four-hour date with a couple, to $5,000 for a 12-hour overnight stay.

Some of his clients are women who are “not getting the sexual satisfaction they want” in their relationships, or who are tired of the dating app treadmill.

George told the radio presenters in Melbourne that he will be traveling to Scotland in the next two weeks to meet one of his regular guests in Scotland.

In a recent one interview with The AdvertiserGeorge’s client Kate, 60, said she is paying $20,000 to take her NSW lover on a week-long trip to Europe.
