Bruce Springsteen, 75, reveals how he keeps his youthful looks
Bruce Springsteen was in great form on Monday evening at the premiere of the new documentary Road Diary: Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band in Los Angeles.

In an interview with The times the Grammy winner admitted that he only eats one full meal a day.
“I’ll have some fruit in the morning and then I’ll have dinner,” the rock star said. “That’s kept me lean and mean.”

He added: ‘I don’t eat too much, and I don’t eat bad food, except occasionally when I want to have some fun for myself.
“So I think for anyone trying to get in shape, exercise is of course always important, but nutrition is 90 percent of the game.”
His longtime producer and manager both spoke about Bruce’s good looks on Monday.
They attributed his dedication to healthy eating to the rocker’s ability to perform like a man half his age.
“For the past 24 years, I’ve watched Bruce perform for three and a half hours, four hours a night, and it’s just a lifestyle of healthy living that I’ve witnessed,” director Thom Zimny shared. American weekly.
“I think he’s a big influence.”
