Pictures have emerged showing the squalor Rosie O’Donnell’s troubled daughter was living in when she was arrested for child neglect last month.

Authorities arrived at Chelsea Belle O’Donnell’s home in Wisconsin on September 10 after Chelsea herself called the police over a domestic dispute with her boyfriend Jacob Nelund.

There, police found deplorable conditions, with her 11-month-old son’s crib reportedly surrounded by hypodermic needles.

Photos from the scene show the exterior of 27-year-old Amberg’s home strewn with trash, including a refrigerator and other furniture.

Police said Chelsea initially tried to downplay the dispute between her and her boyfriend when authorities first arrived on the scene.

She simply said that she had had an argument with Nelund and that her son Atlas was still in the house.

“I tried to ask her more questions and you could tell Chelsea wasn’t being honest at all,” the police officer wrote in their report. “This was a repeat of what happened a few weeks earlier when I was at her home for a similar incident.”

When officers investigated further, they found a meth pipe with residue in it.

Police arrested Chelsea and checked Atlas, where a box of hypodermic needles was reportedly found in the child’s room.

While in the patrol car, Chelsea admitted that she had something in her bra, which police described as a bottle-like container and a clear plastic bag containing some white pills.

“The black bottle contained a white, crystal-like substance that I know to be meth,” the report said. Police alleged Chelsea had 18 grams of meth.

Both Chelsea and Jacob’s pupils were dilated and unresponsive to a flashlight shined in their eyes, which indicated to police that they had likely used recreational drugs, the report alleged.

‘His facial features were sunken and he was missing some teeth. His muscle tone was very stiff and he appeared to be straining even though he was not,” the police report alleged.

‘I asked him what other drugs he was taking today and he said he only smokes marijuana. Based on my training and experience, I know that marijuana will not have this effect on your eyes.

“I’ve seen this type of disturbance before in someone who had smoked meth.”

Police then described the disgusting conditions inside the house.

‘The inside of the house was disgusting [with] milk that smelled so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used feminine hygiene products, unclean underwear with feces and blood stains, and used razor blades on the floor,” an officer wrote in the police report.

“The living conditions in the house were terrible,” the officer wrote, describing how he and another officer found a used meth pipe in Chelsea and Jacob’s first-floor bedroom.

Meanwhile, in Atlas’ room, ‘some needles containing dried blood were being used.

“I know that drug users often use these types of urges to inject or ‘pop’ meth into their arms,” the officer wrote in his report.

A second officer described a similar scene, writing, “The overall appearance of the house, both inside and out, was unkempt and dirty.”

“When I entered the home, I smelled the strong odor of urine and animal feces,” the officer wrote. according to RadarOnline.

A third described how there was old rotting fruit, ‘trash, random tools and butane bottles on the floor, all mixed in with the clothes of [the child]’.

Officers also found a meth bong and a meth pipe “that a small child could have easily grabbed.”

“Underneath a baby crib, I found a black and silver digital scale, several used gemstone bags with white residue, and a sharps container with more used and unused hypodermic needles,” the report continued.

“In a pile of clothes I found a straw that had been cut off and burned.”

The report also claimed that Chelsea was “sweating profusely” and very nervous while police were in her home.

‘It seemed that Jacob and Chelsea were more concerned with their drug addiction than with supplying it [the baby] with a safe and clean environment,” the police claimed.

During their search, police also found evidence indicating possible drug dealing was taking place in the home and that a meth cooking facility was present.

Chelsea was subsequently charged with four felonies of maintaining a drug trafficking operation, child neglect, possession of meth and possession of THC.

She was released on bail, but just a few weeks later, Chelsea was arrested again after police found meth on her during a traffic stop on October 11.

“Chelsea reached into her right front pants pocket when we attempted to grab her and threw what we later discovered to be a meth pipe into the Oconto River,” Oconto County sheriff’s deputies wrote in a criminal complaint. obtained by Fox 11.

Police charged her with meth possession, bail jumping and possession of narcotics – all felonies.

Police records show Chelsea remains in jail, despite a judge setting her bond at $5,000 on October 14, according to OK Magazine.

She reportedly couldn’t come up with the money to be released.

Chelsea is due back in court next month to hear both cases.
