Lauryn Goodman reveals she still exclusively breastfeeds daughter Kinara, 14 months, as she discusses ‘bouncing back’ post baby
Lauryn Goodman has opened up about life as a mother and admitted she still exclusively breastfeeds her daughter Kinara, 14 months.
The reality star, 33, gave birth to her second child with Kyle Walker in August 2023, while the pair also share son Kairo, four.
And when she spoke candidly about “bouncing back” after pregnancy, Lauryn explained that she finds it easy to lose the baby weight, but breastfeeding is “demanding on the body.”
She explained; ‘[My daughter] She just turned one and is still breastfeeding. She is exclusive with that, so it takes a lot out of the body.’
Still, Lauryn admitted that she didn’t find it difficult to deal with her post-baby physical appearance.

Speaking candidly about “bouncing back” after pregnancy, Lauryn explained that she finds it easy to lose the baby weight, but breastfeeding is “demanding on the body.”
The star admitted: ‘I’ve been very lucky. I’m a bounce-backer…the ones you hate to look at, like “how did you do that in two weeks?”
“I used to go to the gym a lot, so I think it’s one of those: muscle memory.”
Lauryn has had to adapt to life as a busy mum-of-two and admitted she hasn’t had time to get back to the gym and instead keeps fit running after her kids.
“I think because I have two young children, Kairo keeps me playing football all the time. So life keeps me fit.
‘I don’t have time at the moment, I used to go to the gym five days a week. So I’m going to go back to the gym when I know what my life is like and what it actually looks like.”
She added, “There are a lot of moving parts when you have young children. Kairo has classes during the day – he does gymnastics… lots of things. It’s the same with my daughter.
“I’m just trying to fit myself in with them. I prefer to invest in my children and make them really skilled people.’
Lauryn also admitted that she had a bit of an identity crisis when she first became a mother, but she wasn’t as affected the second time around.

She explained, “For the first time, yes. But from the second time… you already have one, so there is less change.
‘The change is so dramatic [the first time] to just think about yourself, then think about your baby and then about you.
“If you have a second, you’re already thinking about the first one anyway, so if you add another one, you’re used to it.”
In February, Kyle and Lauryn’s affair made headlines after it emerged that he had fathered a second child with her.
And last week, his wife Annie Kilner officially served the England footballer with divorce papers because she ‘simply cannot forgive him for what he did to her’.
The 31-year-old mother-of-four has instructed lawyers to launch legal proceedings as she prepares to battle for half of the Manchester City defender’s £27million fortune.
MailOnline understands he has moved back to their family home in Cheshire, but not to Kilner’s bedside.
