Dunkin’ customers slam ‘insane’ price of Halloween-themed merch
Several social media users revealed that they woke up early to pick up a Halloween Munchkins Bucket from Dunkin’, but not everyone was excited about its price.
Dunkin’ unleashed the fall-themed frenzy after releasing its Halloween buckets at select locations earlier this week, with one customer claiming they woke up at 6:30 am to buy one at Dunkin’.
Dunkin’ customers can purchase them now through October 31, and while prices vary from store to store, several shoppers weren’t happy to spend as much as $16.99 for the bucket, which also contains 50 munchkins.

“This is a good idea, but I don’t think I’d pay $15 for that,” one TikToker wrote in the comments section of an Oct. 12 post. video posted by a Dunkin’ employee.

Dunkin’ customers can purchase them now through October 31, and while prices vary from store to store, several shoppers weren’t happy to spend as much as $16.99 for the bucket.
Another TikToker commented, “I would pay for this if it’s just the jelly filled munchkins otherwise it’s a no at that price.”
TikTok users questioned the Halloween Munchkin Bucket’s high price tag, but an articulate Dunkin’ employee explained why the price makes sense.
“It’s $12.99 for 50 anyway, so you really get the bucket for $2,” she wrote.

Despite the price complaints, several Dunkin’ customers believe it was worth purchasing a Munchkin bucket.
“At my location, 50 munchkins cost $13.99. With the bucket (which I got) it was $15.99. Not that bad at all. I like my coworkers enough to bring them munchkins,” one Reddit user wrote in one after.
Another person called the item a ‘total home run,’ while and X-user tweeted“I got one of Dunkin’s new boo buckets today. It’s hard to go wrong with a bucket full of donut holes.”

The Halloween Munchkin Bucket isn’t the only fun goodie Dunkin’ is offering its customers this month.
The donut chain offers a new Potion Macchiato: a hot or iced drink with espresso and milk with a purple marshmallow flavor.
Donut lovers can also enjoy the Dunkin’ Spider Specialty Donut, which now features a purple glaze topped with glazed chocolate munchkins, chocolate drizzle for the spider legs and white drizzle for the eyes.
Customers who aren’t in the mood for a limited-time drink and donut can head to Dunkin’s website and check out their other Halloween-themed merchandise.
Kids can celebrate the Halloween season by purchasing an $80 DunKids track jacket and pants set to wear while trick or treating.
Adults can also wear a $45 DunKings Halloween costume with a $40 DunKings Bucket Hat.
Unfortunately, the DunKings Track Jacket and DunKings Track Pants are currently sold out online and it is unclear if they will be restocked.
