Amazon delivery driver is seen threatening to shoot and kill customer and his dog in chilling surveillance cam

An Amazon delivery driver was caught on camera threatening to shoot and kill a customer and his dog.

The unidentified driver was seen in doorbell security camera footage posted to TikTok over the weekend approaching a Kansas City home while dragging boxes over his shoulder as the homeowner came to greet him.

But when a dog starts barking in the background, you can see the driver shaking his head as he gives the homeowner a stern warning not to let the dog out.

The homeowner, TikTok user Royal_Robs, tried to explain that the dog was safe in the house with his girlfriend, but the delivery person was having none of it and threatened the dog.

“I’ll destroy it,” the driver tells the homeowner.

At that point, the homeowner decided to defend his furry companion and responded, “I’ll kill you before you kill my dog.”

Undeterred by that statement, the driver then escalated his threat by saying, “I would fucking shoot you and your dog, man.”

By this time, the homeowner seemed to have had enough of the rude driver and told him, “You gotta go, buddy.”

But when the driver wanted to walk away, he decided to challenge the resident to let the dog loose and “see what happens.” a second video showed.

Many were outraged by the delivery driver’s attitude, with TikTok users advising the homeowner to call the police and report the altercation to Amazon.

“That was a threat,” one person wrote. “I would press charges because he thinks he can say that to you.”

Another wrote that he delivers for UPS and understands where the delivery person is coming from, but not to the extent of threats!

“You as a service provider, step back, step back with their box until it is clear to deliver,” he advised.

A third also identified themselves as a delivery driver ‘and the issue with dogs is absolutely crazy…but thissssss? Um, why would you say that?’

Others noted that the delivery person was quite nonchalant about his threat and “just casually took a photo” of the delivered packages after taking them.

And at least one TikTok user appeared to be on the delivery person’s side.

‘People who have never worked in delivery, you can see that!’ they wrote.

“You guys have never been bitten MANY times because people walk their dogs like that. Good thing he’s getting up [for himself]!’

In one follow up videoThe homeowner said he reported the incident to Amazon and received an email back saying the driver in question had been released.

“Shout out to Amazon for quickly resolving the situation,” he wrote, sharing photos of his dog George.

A company spokesperson also confirmed that the man was no longer making deliveries a statement to TMZ.

“This behavior shown in the video is unacceptable and the driver will no longer deliver packages on behalf of Amazon,” the spokesperson said.
