Tyla ensures all eyes on her as she parties the night away in white lace lingerie and faux fur coat at Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after party

Tyla gave some of the world’s biggest models a run for their money on Tuesday when she attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after-party at the Crane Club in New York.

The 22-year-old singer had performed at the show and took the opportunity to let her hair down at the star-studded bash, joined by the likes of Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima.

But Tyla turned heads by putting her stunning figure on full display, wearing a white satin bra and skimpy matching miniskirt.

The lace lingerie left little to the imagination and the hitmaker paired it with a glamorous multi-coloured faux fur coat that fell over her shoulders.

She enhanced her height with white peep-toe high heels, braided some of her hair back and wore a flawless face of makeup, including a hint of dark lip gloss.

The South African star was one of the performers at the iconic catwalk show, the first in almost five years after a nearly six-year hiatus and a controversial rebrand that said goodbye to the brand’s iconic ‘Angels’.

It was canceled in 2019 due to outcry from fans and critics over the brand’s perceived lack of diversity, but its long-awaited return was announced in May this year.

Tyla made an impression as musical guest during the festivities, singing a medley of her hits, such as Push 2 Start and Water.

She showed off her toned figure in a silver and gold bustier bralette paired with matching tassel bottoms.

The Grammy winner also wore a pair of silver open-toed, strappy pumps and wore a garter belt around her right thigh for extra sex appeal.

Tyla opted for minimal accessories to let her ensemble be the center of attention, with just a pair of dangling earrings.

As a finishing touch, she also wore a pair of large, white feathered wings, famously donned by the Victoria’s Secret Angels.

As she belted out her hits, she was joined on the runway by lingerie-clad models like Candice Swanepoel and Barbara Palvin, who strutted their stuff.

Tyla’s performance comes after an incredible year for the star, which saw her win the first Grammy Award for Best African Music Performance for Water.

Her self-titled debut album was released in March to critical acclaim, and last month she took home awards at both the 2024 MTV VMAs and Billboard’s R&B No. 1s 2024 bash.

During her acceptance speech for Billboard’s Global Impact Award, she said, “Thank you so much Billboard, thank you to my team, my label, my family, god. It’s crazy that I’m being honored tonight, who cares, but thank you very much.”

“I remember everyone feeling like this was so unattainable, especially where I come from. The fact that I can be here today and live a dream that never felt real is just such a beautiful thing to experience.”

‘Thank you to everyone who enjoys learning about other cultures and other styles of music and really appreciates it and loves it for what it is.’

‘Because it’s not just a trend, it’s not just a dance move, it’s not just a sound, it’s culture. So thank you to everyone who appreciates it and thank you for the Billboard award.”
