Celebrity real estate agent reveals how Anthony Albanese scored a ‘great deal’ on his new $4.3m mansion
A celebrity real estate agent has revealed the process Anthony Albanese most likely went through to ensure he got a ‘great deal’ on his new lavish five-bedroom mansion on NSW’s Central Coast.
The Prime Minister has purchased a $4.3 million five-bedroom with stunning ocean views from every room in Copacabana.
The move sparked debate on social media, with some Australians pointing out that the Prime Minister bought his luxury homes during a severe housing shortage, with rents soaring and high interest rates hurting many mortgage holders.
Andrew Campbell, director of Hush Property and the new star of Listing Melbourne, said Mr Albanese most likely hired a buyer’s lawyer to find his dream home.
“He would have brought in someone like Nicole Jacobs from The Block as his advocate for him to gain some knowledge about the area. It’s a great acquisition,” Campbell told Ny Breaking Australia.
Campbell advised homebuyers on what to do prior to purchasing a property and said agents would have carried out a comprehensive building inspection to ensure all potential defects in the home were identified and remedied.
‘Have a pest and building inspection carried out, have your contract reviewed. Make sure your finances are in order and have a family friend come in for a second opinion,” he said.
“As cops, we don’t like this one trick!” he added with a laugh.

Mr Albanese will share his new home with his fiancée Jodie Haydon, whose family live in the area, 2GB’s Ben Fordham reported.
“I’m about to marry Jodie and start a new chapter of our lives,” the Prime Minister told radio host Ben Fordham this week.
“Jodie is a Coastie and spending time with her up there is great. It will be nice to be closer to her parents and her family one day.”
The home also features a double garage and cathedral-style ceilings.
Meanwhile, Campbell also revealed which areas in Melbourne are quickly becoming buzzing celebrity hotspots.

He said Melbourne’s inner suburbs are currently in high demand.
‘Chapel Street in Prahran, there are great Japanese restaurants there. So many great assets in both Prahran and Windsor.”
Campbell will star in Listing Melbourne alongside The Block’s Nicole Jacobs and several others high-profile stars, including Yummy Mummies star Lorinska Merrington.
Channel Nine believes the show stands out from other property shows by focusing equally on the agents’ personal and professional lives, while rivalries and hidden alliances come to the fore.
The show will also provide a never-before-seen look at some of Melbourne’s most opulent properties in exclusive suburbs such as Toorak and Brighton.

Jacobs told Ny Breaking Australia that viewers can expect an informative and engaging series that delves deep into the process of acquiring luxury real estate.
“From my side, viewers will understand the purchasing process and how great it is to have representation. They’ll also get to see some great real estate! It’s inspiring,” she said.
Listing Melbourne is a five-episode series premiering on Channel Nine and 9Now on Wednesday, October 23 at 8:30 PM.
