New York Jets finalizing trade for Las Vegas Raiders’ Davante Adams – report
The Las Vegas Raiders are completing a trade of Davante Adams to the New York Jets, ESPN reported Tuesday citing sources.
The Raiders will receive a conditional third-round draft pick that could improve into a second-round selection, the sources said.
The trade will reunite Adams with Aaron Rodgers, his quarterback for the first eight seasons of his career with the Green Bay Packers.
The Jets suffered their third straight loss of the season Monday night against the Buffalo Bulls, capping a tumultuous week in which coach Robert Saleh was fired, defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich replaced him as interim coach and offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett was demoted from the game . the calling of duties in favor of Todd Downing.
