Lisa Vanderpump drops $5M on Las Vegas mansion on luxe golf course with breathtaking desert views
Lisa Vanderpump has purchased a Las Vegas mansion worth $5 million.
The 64-year-old Bravo beauty decided to purchase the Sin City abode after taking a personal tour of the property, which is located on a golf course, sources said. TMZ on Monday.
The reality star-turned-restaurateur visited the home after production of the second season of her Hulu series Vanderpump Villa and completed the transaction within three days, insiders told the outlet.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum’s Las Vegas home includes amenities like a large pool and incredible views of the surrounding desert area, according to the outlet.
The English socialite has been busy decorating the mansion and is “already settled,” insiders told the outlet.

With the purchase, Vanderpump and her 42-year-old husband, Ken Todd, 79, are expanding their real estate portfolio, which also includes their Beverly Hills estate called Villa Rosa.
Vanderpump has spent a long time in Las Vegas where she heads three local offices.
These include Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas (opened in 2021), Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace (opened in 2019) and Pinky’s by Vanderpump, which is expected to open in November at Flamingo Las Vegas.
“It’s really exciting for us to be asked to create a unique concept on the iconic Las Vegas Strip,” Vanderpump said KNTV in November 2023.
Vanderpump said, “We have greatly enjoyed our relationship with Caesars Entertainment and are excited to expand.”
She said Pinky’s from Vanderpump would evoke nostalgia for the gambling city’s origins.
“Through our design company, Vanderpump Alain, we embrace the unique history of Flamingo Las Vegas and the designs will be reminiscent of times gone by,” Vanderpump said of the venue.
She continued: ‘Caesars has given us the creativity to really delve into the Art Deco style and create something that will encompass the stunning design of the time.
Vanderpump took to Instagram on September 22 with a panoramic photo of what appeared to be her Southern California mansion, writing, “Wonderful Sunday, happy to be home!”

These include Vanderpump à Paris, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden and Pinky’s by Vanderpump, the latter of which opens in November at Flamingo Las Vegas.
“The building will expand into a dramatic conservatory that will enhance the facade of the Flamingo on the Las Vegas Strip.”
Sources told TMZ that Vanderpump has “fallen in love with the city,” which is about 300 miles away from her home base of Beverly Hills, which equates to a drive of about four and a half hours.
