Trump confirms he will go on the Joe Rogan podcast after rampant speculation
Donald Trump confirmed he will appear on Joe Rogan’s podcast after two years of mixed signals.
During an appearance on Nelk Boys’ “Full Send” podcast, host Kyle Forgeard, 30, asked the Republican presidential candidate if he would come on Rogan’s podcast if invited.
“Oh, I definitely would,” Trump, 78, said in a video on Instagram. “I mean, I think I actually do.”
Forgeard asked again to be clear and Trump amplified his answer.
In 2022, Rogan, 57, was adamant that he would never have Trump on his “The Joe Rogan Experience” because he didn’t want to help the Republican Party’s campaign.

During an interview with Lex Fridman that year, Rogan said he had turned down multiple offers to have Trump on his podcast.
“I am in no way a Trump supporter. “I’ve had the opportunity to have him on my show more than once, I’ve said no every time,” Rogan said.
He added: ‘I don’t want to help him. I’m not interested in helping him.’
Now the comedian and UFC commentator has a different perspective.
Since shutting down the idea two years ago, Rogan has dropped several hints about Trump coming to a show.
In an episode of his podcast with guest Patrick Bet-David last August, Rogan was asked when he would have Trump. He replied, “I don’t know,” which was not a definitive refusal.

Investigating further, Bet-David suggested he thought Rogan might have something in the works for Trump, to which he replied, “maybe.”
In the interview with Bet-David, Rogan discussed a list of questions he had already thought about asking Trump if he ever appeared on his show.

This came after a Zero Hedge article was published about Rogan and Trump titled “Joe Rogan Has 25 Days to Interview Donald Trump.”
Trump was interviewed by Fridman last month and he said Rogan did not invite him to “The Joe Rogan Experience.”
The former president told Lex Fridman on his September podcast episode, “I don’t think there was any tension and I always liked him. But I don’t know him.
‘I only see him when I walk into the arena with Dana [White] and I shake his hand.
“I see him there and I think he’s good at what he does, but I don’t know about his podcast.”
On Thursday, Tesla and X CEO Elon Musk amplified these suggestions after responding to a Zero Hedge article about a possible meeting between the two.
He did admit to Fridman that he would go on Rogan’s podcast, but he wasn’t asked and he didn’t ask “anyone.”
Now that Trump said he’s going to Rogan’s podcast, fans have shown their excitement.
Underneath the Instagram post, one user wrote, “That will literally be the most viewed podcast of all time.”
‘Let’s go! Well deserved,” another added.
Trump has already guest-starred on several popular podcasts, including Theo Von’s.
Democratic nominee Kamala Harris, 59, recently joined Alex Cooper on her “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

But Cooper received backlash for the surprise interview, for her “softball” questioning and for politicizing her show.
“Unsubscribed and unfollowed,” one fan wrote in the comments of an Instagram tease of the podcast.
“I’m so disappointed, this feels like propaganda and to make her look ‘gen z’,” another added. “You will look back on this one day and regret it when we are at war because of her. SMH, really smh. You just lost a lot of respect.”
