Meghan McCain threatens to ‘start spilling tea’ on what dad John ‘ACTUALLY’ said about Kamala if veep doesn’t stop invoking his name

Meghan McCain called out Kamala Harris for telling a story about her late father at a rally in Arizona and threatened to reveal the “real” things he said about the vice president.

The presidential candidate claimed that Republican Sen. John McCain of Arizona praised her as they worked together in a Senate committee at a Republicans for Harris rally in Scottsdale on Friday.

She said they “went after each other” during a committee hearing, but he later praised her: Fox News reported.

β€œLater that day I step on the floor of the Senate well – we had votes – and I passed John McCain, and he looked at me and said, ‘Boy, come here. a great senator.’ True story,” Harris said.

However, the late senator’s daughter, Meghan McCain, 39, posted on X criticizing the vice president for invoking her father’s name.

β€œI know Democrats want to reinvent history and turn my father into whatever illusion you need, depending on which political moment you need to ruin his memory for,” she said.

β€œBut please don’t get me started on what I remember him REALLY saying about Kamala Harris.

“Consider this my final warning shot: I’m going to spill the tea.”

Early voting is underway in the crucial state of Arizona, and the Harris campaign has been trying to court Republican voters.

In September, the late senator’s youngest son announced he was voting for Kamala Harris while admonishing Donald Trump over his incident at Arlington National Cemetery.

β€œI feel like Kamala Harris and Tim Walz represent a group of people who will help make this country better, who will move us forward. And that’s ultimately what matters: voting with your heart, voting how you feel in the future, and that’s how I feel,” Jimmy McCain, 36, told CNN.

He recently switched his party registration from independent to Democratic. He has previously stayed out of politics and expressed his decision in personal terms.

Jimmy McCain β€” the latest in a long line of McCains to serve in the military β€” also attacked Trump for reporting a physical altercation involving a campaign staffer at Arlington National Cemetery.

Their mother, Cindy McCain, endorsed Joe Biden in 2020 despite his father’s longstanding ties to the Republican Party and his stint as the party’s presidential candidate in 2008.
