Billionaire Richard White and lawyer girlfriend Zena Nasser set to throw lavish baby shower at his Palm Beach mansion amid ongoing legal row with beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan

One of Australia’s richest people and his glamorous lawyer girlfriend celebrate the arrival of their new baby at a beachside mansion, despite an ongoing courtroom battle with a beauty entrepreneur.

Richard White, 69, estimated to be worth $9.7 billion, is tipped to welcome the new arrival on Saturday along with former criminal lawyer Zena Nasser, 43, to his sprawling Palm Beach mansion on Sydney’s northern beaches.

Mr. White is the CEO and founder of WiseTech Global, a leading software company specializing in logistics solutions.

He welcomed a baby through a surrogate mother with Ms Nasser in July.

The billionaire heir is the second child of Ms. Nasser, who has a teenage daughter, and Mr. White has adult children from a previous marriage.

A who’s who of Sydney’s social circle will attend the shower, amid rumors the event will double as a wedding after the couple quietly got married in recent weeks.

The guest list includes Anthony Bell’s wife-to-be Eleni Taylor, Laser Clinics Australia founder Alistair Champion’s ex-wife Kate Champion, Litsa Stavropoulos, Real Housewives of Sydney cast member Victoria Montano and Sentosa designs founder Amanda Lennon , the Daily Telegraph reports.

The happy occasion comes despite an ongoing legal saga playing out in a Sydney courtroom involving Mr White’s former lover, beauty entrepreneur Linda Rogan.

Ms Rogan, 55, owns a laser clinic in Double Bay in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and in Cairns and New Zealand.

The dispute has culminated in bankruptcy proceedings against Ms Rogan, with Mr White’s lawyers asking that key documents in the case be suppressed.

The bankruptcy proceedings come after a lengthy local court battle between the two over more than $90,000 worth of luxury furnishings purchased for a $13.1 million mansion on the Port of Vaucluse.

Ms Rogan claims Mr White secretly bought the mansion for her and her three children at auction in September 2022 and then instructed her to buy furniture for the house.

Sources close to Ms Rogan said Mr White’s girlfriend was “furious” after discovering his relationship with the laser clinic owner was sexual at one point.

According to Ms Rogan, she was told in November that she had to hand over the keys to the house. It sold in February last year for $11.5 million.

Mr White has denied Ms Rogan’s allegations about their relationship, the house and that he had instructed her to buy furniture.

“I intend to defend the claim as I never entered into an agreement with the claimant (Ms Rogan) regarding the furniture… and never instructed her to purchase the furniture or engage the design services,” Mr White said, according to court documents.
