Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will seek bail when he returns to court today.
The 54-year-old rapper spent three weeks behind bars after his first two requests were rejected.
He was indicted with lots of sex human trafficking and extortion crimes after his arrest on September 16.
Since then, more than 120 victims have come forward, but Diddy maintains his innocence and is demanding a trial in the spring.

One of Diddy’s victims said the rapper was fueled by drugs from his “medicine bag” during his infamous parties, describing him as “animal” when he used.
Speaking to DailyMail.com, the victim revealed that Diddy would use drugs from a stash known as his ‘med bag’ at parties.
‘There was one time he came out of his room and I was shocked because he looked animal-like. I didn’t even recognize him,” the victim said.
“His veins were popping and his body was writhing in a way that was frightening. It just scared me.”

A resurfaced video of Diddy, 54, and Justin Bieber, now 30, hugging has led to speculation that Diddy checked to see if the pop star was wearing a wire.
In the clip, believed to have been filmed in 2021 when Justin was 27, the pair are seen cuddling with Diddy and giving Justin several pats on the back and chest.

Diddy’s lawyers have also filed a motion for an evidentiary hearing, accusing the government of leaking sensitive information from the case.
Concerns have clearly been raised about the way surveillance footage of Diddy punching his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel was made public.
Diddy’s attorney said, “A series of unlawful government leaks, which have resulted in damaging, highly prejudicial pre-trial publicity, which can only taint the jury pool and deprive Mr. Combs of his right to a fair trial.”
Defense attorneys want access to thousands of gigabytes of data
Diddy wants access to a mountain of data that prosecutors have seized since they raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles in March 2024.
In total, prosecutors copied more than 40 of the star’s electronic devices.
“The discovery in this case is extensive, totaling several terabytes of electronic material,” the government argued in the latest filing.
There are 1,000 gigabytes per terabyte of data, meaning the government is currently sifting through thousands of gigabytes of potentially crucial information.
This includes mobile phones, laptops, tablets, hard drives and cloud accounts from both Diddy and third parties.
In addition, prosecutors sift through business records from financial institutions, telephone companies, hotels and airlines as they build their case.
