Goldie Hawn turned heads as she looked incredibly youthful with bouncy blonde hair as she passed by Good morning America on Wednesday in NYC.
The Overboard actress, 78 – who recently revealed the daring secret behind her 40-year relationship with Kurt Russell – opened up about her MindUP Foundation during a visit to the ABC show.
Upon arriving at the studio, the star flashed a cheerful smile as he donned a dark blue button-front blazer as well as matching trousers.
Hawn also wore a white lace top and donned a pair of blue closed-toe pumps to match the color scheme of her outfit.
Goldie’s locks were parted in the middle and flowed down in light curls, allowing her bangs to fall gently on her forehead.

She easily carried a stylish black bag in her hand, which could hold a few things she needed during the busy day.
The actress opted for minimal accessories and wore a pair of sparkling silver earrings and a chunky ring on her left hand.
Hawn’s makeup was glamorous and consisted of a coat of mascara on her eyelashes and black eyeliner.
A pale pink blush and highlighter was applied to her cheekbones for a radiant glow, while a shimmery rosy pink shade was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
Goldie stepped out of a sleek, black vehicle and had a big smile on her face as she greeted fans waiting outside.
The star was later seen leaving the GMA studios after her interview holding a hot drink.
Hawn discussed her MindUP Foundation – which has “equipped students, teachers and families with mental fitness tools that improve resilience to face challenges with optimism, strength and compassion,” according to the official website.
Notably, late last month, Goldie hosted a star-studded MindUP 20th Anniversary Love-In Gala in Beverly Hills.

“This is amazing,” she said on GMA. “I mean, our teachers are everything. And one of the things that happens with MindUP, with our program, is that it is also up to our teachers to reduce stress’

“So for me, that traumatized me. I thought these kids would experience that on some level. In that case I then created this program. I am not the founder, I am the creator.’
Hawn added, “And I thought, ‘Why don’t kids learn anything about their brain? Why do we ask them to use it but don’t teach them anything about how to use it?’ So that’s the first thing in our program.’
The foundation also promotes “brain breaks in the classroom” that “help calm their amygdala. They know exactly what’s going on in their brains.’
“When we give them context, they actually have more control over their emotions, so they know how to regulate….”
Hawn added, “And I thought, ‘Why don’t kids learn anything about their brain? Why do we ask them to use it but don’t teach them anything about how to use it?’ So that’s the first thing in our program’

The First Wives Club star later said: ‘If we don’t seriously start seeing our children as the next generation… we now have so many mental problems, we’ve committed suicide, it’s gotten worse…’
“So this is an area where we need to look at this because we are developing minds, and when we develop brains, we are doing it in the classroom.”
‘And they have much more knowledge about this, and then they know how to open their prefrontal cortex so that they can learn.’
Near the end of the interview, Hawn said, “For parents, I think you also have to remember that loneliness is something that can happen.”
“Bring your friends and try to be with them, but don’t stop listening to your children,” she added.
At the end of last September, Goldie beamed as she attended her 20th anniversary MindUP gala event – which attracted other celebrity guests such as her daughter Kate Hudson, Demi Moore, Melanie Griffith and also Fergie.
Hawn was also joined by her longtime partner and fellow actor, Kurt Russell, and the pair opened up about the secret of their 40-year relationship at the gala.
She told me E! News, ‘You have to have good sex. Because sex is something that connects you and creates more connection.’

‘People who have a healthy sexual relationship usually last much longer. But it’s not just the act, it’s the warmth and the intimacy it creates,” Goldie said, jokingly adding, “You have to be nice to each other sometimes.”
She also said, “You know you’re not the same person. You don’t often think the same way. And you have to accept that, but you also have to measure: are we enjoying it, or is this something we want to do?’
‘Are we laughing together? Do we share certain things? You don’t have to share everything.’
Hawn continued, “We have a lot of expectations, I think, when it comes to relationships, but you have to like the person. That is very important.’
