Keith Urban has opened up about the training routine he uses to ensure he stays in top shape ahead of a series of concerts in Las Vegas.
The Australian singer, 56, revealed that his regular performances helped him stay in the best shape of his life.
‘I love the adrenaline of a live show. I love that I get to do two hours of solid cardio on stage,” Keith said People magazine.
‘I don’t walk into a gym and do two hours of cardio. I promise, as always, but I will do it effortlessly here and end up in great shape.”
The country star added that having his trusty guitar around his neck while he performed kept him in top shape.
‘I have a five-kilo plank around my neck and I’m singing. I love the physicality of what I do and how I do it.”
Earlier this year, Keith’s wife Nicole Kidman said she is grateful she met him 20 years ago as she reflected on their incredible romance.
