Sony’s awesome XM4 noise-canceling headphones are 63% off for Prime Day
It’s typical for Sony to take an extra $50 or so off its headphones once they become outdated. What’s atypical is the kind of deal that’s happening now with the WH1000XM4 over-ear headphones. Ahead of Amazon’s Prime Day in October, here’s the latest generation (but still great) noise-canceling headphones $129.99 at Target — a whopping 63% discount — and available in black or silver (currently sold out at Amazon). They normally sell for somewhere between $200 and $250, which makes this an especially good deal and a good reminder that Target has its own deals event, Goal Circle Weeknow through October 12.
The XM4 model is unbeatable when it comes to the sound quality and noise cancellation qualities of the active noise cancellation. Well, to be honest, she were undefeated until Sony’s latest XM5 model knocked them out of the top spot in The Verge’s expert guide to the best noise canceling headphones. But at $129.99, anyone who wants to buy a great pair of headphones (and doesn’t immediately feel the pain of paying over $400 for the latest model) should strongly consider today’s deal.
