Maxx Crosby calls out Pat McAfee’s ‘clowns’ that trash talk him on the former NFL star’s show
Maxx Crosby has feuded with Pat McAfee and some of the “clowns” he has as guests on his show, following the recent trash talk the pundits put on air about the Las Vegas Raiders star.
Crosby didn’t mention anyone other than McAfee during the tirade.
Online investigators have pointed out that McAfee employee Michael Lombardi is the one who fired Crosby based on the defensive lineman’s comments.
During last Thursday’s McAfee show, Lombardi claimed Crosby feigned an injury to sit out amid Davante Adams’ disagreements with the team.
“And then I heard these clowns who talk online and talk on the Pat McAfee show saying, ‘Something’s going on’ and they’re speaking on my behalf and telling me to stand on the sidelines if I take a hit on my just get,” Crosby said.
Raiders star Maxx Crosby spoke out against the “clowns” who trashed him
Crosby called out Pat McAfee’s show several times for disrespecting him
“These clowns are sitting on the couch talking about what I should do. But the reality is that I’m getting more and more distance and trying to do well, so I’m going back on the field. Everyone knows my intentions, and they’re trying to speak for me, if you talk to me and you know what’s going on, then we could have a conversation.”
“But don’t mention my name if you don’t know what’s going on. …So you have clowns who are online and talking. They get one day of the week, or they go on the Pat McAfee show and talk about what we need to do.”
‘You have been (general manager) for a year. So it’s embarrassing. Don’t speak for me. I’m going to speak for my boys and that’s all I care about.”
Lombardi spent a year as general manager of the Cleveland Browns during the 2013-14 football season.
Crosby also shot down any speculation that he wanted out of Las Vegas as well, citing the tattoos on his body.
Crosby has only played for the Raiders since being drafted by the team in 2019.
