Liverpool’s 1-0 win over Crystal Palace turned sour after star goalkeeper Alisson had to leave with a hamstring injury.

Diogo Jota scored the only goal of the match in the ninth minute when he fired in a low cross from Cody Gakpo.

However, Reds boss Arne Slot will wait nervously to hear how much damage Alisson suffered after leaving the match in the 79th minute.

The Brazilian missed Liverpool’s 3-0 win over Bournemouth with the same injury, but returned the following week against Wolves.
