The Australian originally bought the luxury home in 2020 for a whopping $3.9 million (£2.04 million) and is now set to make a profit of around $3.1 million after renovating the property with his partner.

The house is located on the highly sought after Duncraig Road in the riverside suburb of Perth.

The shot-stopper was forced to retire after suffering a serious knee injury, which prevented him from playing for Perth for over a year.
A former Socceroo, Jones began his professional football journey when he graduated from Middlesbrough’s academy in 2000.
He would enjoy loan spells at Stockport, Rotherham, Blackpool and Sheffield Wednesday before joining Liverpool for $4.4 million in 2010, before making 27 appearances for the club in all competitions. He would leave for Bradford on a free transfer in 2015.
In the later years of his career he spent time with Feyenoord and won the Eredivisie with the Dutch team, while also spending three years with Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr.
Jones and his wife and former model Dani married in Cheshire in 2015 and have two sons and a daughter.
They have now opted to sell their luxury home in Perth, with Dani, 37, claiming the home has been a “cherished place” after she moved in in September 2021.

“It has been a beloved place for creating memories,” Dani said The Western Australia.
‘We have thoroughly enjoyed the transformation of this house, from the renovation process to the time we have lived here.’
‘Although officially retired, Joe took on our home as a hand-picked project, lending it his exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
‘We also worked closely with MMA Interiors to achieve an appearance and finish that really suited our personal taste.’
But when asked why they are moving to pastures new, Dani said: ‘We absolutely loved the challenge of finding and transforming the property and we are now ready to take on the adventure all over again.’
