Under her post, her This Morning co-star Alison Hammond said, “Nice nails,” alongside a love heart emoji.
It comes after Holly slipped away from the National Television Awards before the ceremony ended on Thursday, forcing Phillip Schofield to face the music when asked awkwardly about their controversy over their “queue.”
The TV presenters were booed at the event when This Morning won the Best Daytime award, following allegations that they skipped the line to see the Queen in state last month.
Scandal: Tearful Holly was booed at the National Television Awards last week before leaving the show early after backlash over the ‘queue’ – while confused Phillip Schofield stumbled when questioned about the scandal
Holly left just before 10pm, more than half an hour before the ceremony ended, at the awards ceremony – which was held at London’s Ovo Arena Wembley.
While Holly avoided any further embarrassment by leaving the show early, co-host Phillip, 60, was confused when a guest polled him in the queue later – causing him to awkwardly respond with a gushing tribute to his fans.
But while he was thanking, many viewers took to social media to express their disbelief that the show had won the gong, demanding that Phillip “hand back” the award.
In images posted on Twitter, the presenter was asked: ‘Phil, do you think this justifies you for the queue? Do you think the public has now said ‘actually we don’t care about the queue”?’

Beck of the queue: the majority of people waited between 2 and 4 pm to see the coffin, including former England footballer David Beckham
With a grin, Phillip simply replied, “We are so thankful for our amazing viewers! We love them.’
A source told MailOnline: ‘This is a prize that viewers voted for, which makes it extra special. The entire team was delighted to receive their 12th consecutive gong at the NTAs and the cheers they received at winning! It was a great night for everyone.’
Shortly after the incident, Holly left the ceremony, and a source told The Sun: “Holly picked up her best day award and left 30 minutes later. She normally stays for drinks with Phil and the team, but she made an Irish exit. She was seen leaving the ceremony and getting into a car outside just after 10pm.”
The insider added that it was “very uncomfortable” for Holly and Phil to take the stage after the cheers from the crowd.
Holly’s co-host Phillip, who took to the stage to accept the award, said: ‘Please don’t think we ever get complacent and please don’t think we ever take it for granted. This means so much to us every year, especially this year. We have the best boss.’
Holly added: ‘This morning has a very special relationship with you, you make our show for us, really. All these guys on stage here, Alison [Hammond] and Dermot [O’Leary]Rochelle [Humes] and Vernon [Kay]Josie [Gibson], everybody. Thank you for all your help.’

The presenters found themselves at the center of the ‘queue’ controversy’ in September when they were accused of skipping the line to see the Queen in state, which they both denied.
Phillip and Holly faced a lot of criticism, with a petition to remove the presenters from television, which reached a total of 73,000 signatures.
The furore started on September 16 when the presenters’ approach was contrasted with that of football legend David Beckham that same day.
The former England captain waited nearly 14 hours in line to pay his respects to the Queen, despite being given a pass from a Member of Parliament to join the queue.
Good Morning presenter Susanna Reid also received praise for waiting seven hours with her mother to walk past the coffin.
