Valli was granted a three-year restraining order by his son Francesco, 36, by a Los Angeles court earlier this year on April 29.
A judge ruled that Francesco must stay at least 100 meters away from the home and work locations of the entertainer and his son Emilio, 29.
Emilio had told the court that both he and Valli were concerned after an incident in April in which he said Francesco tried to break into the entertainer’s home; and that Francesco “repeatedly physically threatened to hurt or kill both men,” as “part of a pattern over the past several months.”
