KFC Australia launches new ‘never seen before’ menu items
KFC is launching a pop-up restaurant with a range of new items created by an Australian TikTok star.
The world’s first pop-up, called The Colonel’s Spice House, will open its doors this Saturday and Sunday only in Spice Alley, in Sydney’s CBD.
The menu was created by TikTok cooking sensation Vincent Yeow Lim, also known as Dimsimlim, who has put a twist on the traditional fast food restaurant menu.
While some of Mr Lim’s items will appear in franchises across Australia, others will only be available at the pop-up.
“The Colonel’s Spice House will serve Hot & Spicy alongside other redesigned iconic KFC menu items,” reads a statement from KFC.
A range of Hot and Spicy drumsticks, wings and Zingers will be available, alongside a range of six ‘bespoke’ sauces to complement the new items.
They include different spice levels such as ‘Blazen Hot’, ‘Simply the Zest’ and the hottest sauce ever offered by KFC – the ’11 Spice Sauce’.
Dessert lovers can also order a twist on the classic chocolate mousse, served with a spicy and sweet Zinger Sundae sauce.

Mr Lim said he was excited to collaborate with the fast food giant and flex his creative muscles for the new menu.
“There’s nothing I love more than experimenting with bold new flavors that really turn heads, so I’m thrilled to be teaming up with KFC again to bring Aussies the first ‘Colonel’s Spice House’,” he said.
“Hot and Spicy is my personal menu favorite, and reimagining this iconic feed for KFC fans to try in Spice Alley, Sydney’s home of spices, was an absolute highlight.”
