After episode two dropped on Sunday, Georgia was seen heading out with a friend in workout clothes as she stuck to her strict workout schedule.
Georgia showed off her impressive figure in pale pink leggings and matching sports bra, while wearing a yoga mat and fluffy slippers.
She also wore a cream knit zip-up and a khaki leather Steve Madden bag over the shoulder.
In the first episode of the series last week, Georgia broke out when she opened up about her ex Stephen Bear sharing a private sex tape of the pair – for which he was later convicted and jailed – as part of an interrogation by the SAS experts.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday ahead of episode two, Georgia said: ‘Last week on Celebrity SAS was an emotional week for me there’s something about being in that interrogation room when you’re cold, hungry and tired that really brings everything to the surface for you…
“Anyway, I’ve come a long way since this was filmed last year and I’m very grateful to every one of you who has watched/supported my journey on @sas_whodareswins so far.
‘It’s back on @channel4 tonight at 9pm and the first two episodes are available if you’re not watching live yet.
“It was extremely difficult for me to experience so much loss in such a short time. All I can do now is look forward to the future and be grateful for everything I have and everything I have learned along the way.

‘Life won’t always be perfect. Sometimes you will find yourself in situations where you need to be strong, but always remember that this too shall pass and healing is always possible. You just have to be patient .’
Georgia recently called Pete Wicks the “creepy uncle” of her Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins group.
Former TOWIE star Pete, 36, previously took part in the 2022 edition of the show but crashed out after an injury, with the contestants relying on his knowledge.
Cherry Healey, 43, and Georgia, discussing their ‘family tree’ in an interview with MailOnline and other press, told how everyone ‘had a role to play’.
Cherry explained, “Rachel Johnson was the mother, Film was the father, I was the big sister you go to when mom catches you smoking.
“Georgia was the mischievous cousin who makes all Christmases so much fun.”
The TV presenter continued: ‘Everyone was given a role in the family tree. Pete was the naughty uncle who came to give everyone cigarettes at the party.
Georgia disagreed, adding, “I think he was the creepy uncle!” He had a strong role in the group because he had done it before and we probably taxed him a bit because he had been through SAS in the past and we always asked him to make a plan.”
Pete was forced to withdraw from his first appearance on the show after a stunt went wrong.

The sixth series will see celebrities take part in SAS winter war training in New Zealand’s southern islands and will premiere on Channel 4 on September 22 at 9pm.
He had been ordered to jump from a helicopter into a lake when he knocked himself unconscious with his backpack, hit the surface at full speed and ended up face down in the water.
Fortunately, he was rescued by the show’s former special services staff and health and safety team, who concluded his injuries were mainly a pair of broken ribs.
Speaking about his return to the show, Pete said: ‘After I was medically withdrawn to Jordan I felt like I hadn’t done my best, and that bothered me. So when I got the chance to go back, I jumped at it, and I would do it again.”
Cherry, Pete and Georgia were joined by Rachel Johnson, Geordie Shore’s Marnie Simpson, Bianca Gascoigne, former England rugby captain Chris Robshaw, former professional boxer Anthony Ogogo, comedian Shazia Mirza and reality star Bobby Norris.
The line-up was completed by former Olympic gymnast Ellie Downie, comedian Tez Ilyas, professional basketball player and former Love Islanders Chloe Burrows and Ovie Soko, as well as world heavyweight champion boxer Lani Daniels.
Torchwood star John Barrowman was also part of the line-up, but he retired after just 32 minutes.
