Small Business Owners Reveal Whether They Support Donald Trump or Kamala Harris and the Top Issue That Moves Them to Vote
A new survey asked hundreds of small businesses who they thought would be a better presidential candidate, and the results weren’t close.
With just over a month until the November election and ballots already in voters’ hands, the Job Creators Network Foundation (JCNF) surveyed 400 small business employers.
These entrepreneurs largely had the same answer: Donald Trump.
Former President Trump has a 12-point lead over Vice President Kamala Harris among small businesses across the country.
Specifically, 51 percent of employers responded that the ex-president will better help small businesses, while 39 percent said Harris.

The stunning results come as the well-being of the economy consistently ranks as one of the top concerns among voters.
The JCNF survey also shows that small business voters identify themselves politically.
According to their poll, 35 percent of respondents were Republican, 30 percent were Democrats, and 33 percent were independent.
These respondents also said crime has increased in their area, with 51 percent saying it is increasing.
“Small businesses are struggling in the economy in recent years, with the ripple effects of high inflation posing a major challenge,” JCNF president Elaine Parker told DailyMail.com in a statement.
“Main Street needs growth and opportunity policies instead of an agenda that discourages entrepreneurship and slows economic expansion.”

Additionally, respondents criticized the way President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris have handled small business issues in recent years.
When asked to rate the Biden-Harris administration, business owners overwhelmingly gave Democrats a negative grade, C, D or F.
The most common answer among respondents was F, with 35 percent offering a damning conclusion that the White House has failed.
Overall, the JCNF results concluded that small business sentiment about the economy has fallen for the first time in almost a year since November last year.

The poll was conducted online with likely 1,000 voters and has a margin of error of three points
Many of these voters, not just entrepreneurs, also gave her mixed economic reviews.
About 55 percent said they were responsible for high inflation.
On the other hand, 45 percent associate her with significant economic growth, the same percentage who say she was not responsible for it.
