Blac Chyna has been accused of domestic violence, assault and battery in a newly filed $10 million lawsuit from her ex-boyfriend Twin Hector.

Hector, 27, whose full name is Taiyon Hector, said in legal documents filed Monday in California Superior Court that the 36-year-old reality star hit him while he slept and regularly verbally abused him in the three years they dated starting in August from 2020 to March 2023.

Hector said in legal documents reviewed by People that Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, threatened to kill him several times — and was particularly spry after drinking alcohol.

Hector told the court that the Washington DC native – mother of 11-year-old son King with Tyga, 34, and seven-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian, 37 – assaulted him in a “vicious attack” in September. 2021 while he slept.

Hector and Chyna first crossed paths in August 2020, he told the court, and he quickly moved in with her in Woodland Hills, California.

Chyna “regularly drank alcohol and used other drugs in excess,” Hector said in legal documents, which led to her acting “physically violent and verbally threatening and abusive,” adding that the outbursts would come “for no apparent reason.” .’

Hector told the court that he would “always do his best to avoid the blows” if Chyna hit him and would try to restrain her.

When she sobered up afterward, Chyna didn’t remember the incidents or say she regretted them — without a degree of “genuine remorse” — Hector said in legal documents.

Hector said he suggested she “seek medical and/or psychological treatment due to her propensity for violence,” but she refused and demanded he “follow her every instruction or demand.”

Hector told the court that he would “always do his best to avoid the blows” if Chyna hit him and would try to restrain her.

Hector told the court that in the incident where he punched him while he slept, she threw a series of “multiple closed fist punches, elbow strikes and knee kicks at his body and face.”

Chyna “regularly drank alcohol and used other drugs in excess,” Hector said, which led to her acting “physically violent and verbally threatening and abusive.”

Hector said in legal documents that when Chyna realized how badly she had hurt him physically, she called her doctor to make a house call and give him first aid.

He said the doctor advised him to see several specialists — including a plastic surgeon, a neurologist, an eye surgeon and a psychiatrist — to treat his injuries.

Chyna “has suffered from violence and anger for years as a result of her alcohol abuse, and that the main victims of such violence and abuse are the partners with whom she maintains an intimate relationship,” Hector told the court.

Hector said in legal documents that he has been dealing with PTSD, headaches and insomnia as a result of the abuse he says Chyna put him through. He told the court he suffered physical injuries during their dating, including a broken nose, nerve damage, whiplash, facial cuts and a scar.

He said in legal documents that he hopes the lawsuit will convince Chyna “to seek help” and show that her celebrity status does not place her “above the law, especially when it comes to domestic violence.”

Hector told the court he ‘sincerely hopes so’ [Chyna’s] Harmful acts or omissions as alleged in this complaint will never occur again, by anyone.”

The attorney representing Hector, Kirk Edward Schenck, said TMZ that ‘it is a shocking experience for any man to go through: being attacked by a female aggressor in a context of domestic violence and knowing that they cannot fight back or even defend themselves for fear of being (unjustly) to be labeled as the actual aggressor.

“Every day, men in America suffer often brutal injuries, but many lack the courage to come forward and protect their legal rights. Our client is willing to stand up and seek protection under California’s Domestic Violence Protection Act, which applies to all genders. He hopes that other non-female victims of domestic violence will feel free to do the same.”

The younger brother of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian testified during a court hearing in April 2022 that during their relationship in 2016, she hit him with a metal bar, tried to strangle him with an iPhone cord and pointed an unloaded gun in his direction.
