Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon shares photos with new boyfriend Darrin Kitchens… after filing for divorce from Josh Efird
Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon isn’t wasting any time after her split from her husband of six years, Josh Efird.
The 24-year-old Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star shared two photos with her new boyfriend Darrin Kitchens at a country concert on her Facebook page.
“And then you have something to talk about,” she captioned the photos. “Cow Wetzel with my favorite plus one .”
Kitchens also shared the adorable snaps, adding: “I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else on a Saturday night.”
The couple made their debut on August 10 in photos from a Zach Bryan concert, just a week after Mama June’s daughter Shannon filed for divorce.

Darrin lives in Macon, Georgia and has been married and divorced at least three times since 2020 to a woman named Shannon Kitchens.
Pumpkin filed for divorce on August 2, with documents stating the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Furthermore, at the time of filing, the now-former couple had already made decisions on “all matters relating to the divorce, custody, visitation, child support, division of property, spousal support and division of debts.”
Pumpkin and Josh have four children: Ella, six, Bentley, three, and twins Sylus and Stella, two. They are reportedly co-parents of their children.
In documents obtained by PeopleThe couple “agreed to have joint custody because they believe this is in the best interests of their children” and have a “parenting plan.”
In 2016, at age 16, Pumpkin got engaged to Josh after nine months of dating. A year later, they welcomed their first child, daughter Ella. The following year, they were married at The Chapel at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.
Their relationship was extensively chronicled in Pumpkin’s mother’s reality television shows Mama June: Family Crisis and Mama June: Road to Redemption.
Josh has also moved on and is in a relationship with a woman named Keely. While Mama June: From Not to Hot is currently in production, the outlet reported that neither Pumpkin nor Josh, 28, plan to have their significant other appear on their show.

Pumpkin filed for divorce on August 2, with the documents revealing that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
The Shannon family rose to fame when Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Shannon and Mama June starred in Toddlers & Tiaras.
They then had their breakthrough with the reality series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo on TLC, which launched in 2012 and went off the air in 2014 after Mama June was spotted with Mark Anthony McDaniel, a man who served 10 years in prison after being convicted of aggravated child molestation in 2004 and who is a registered sex offender.
This led Mama June to admit that Pumpkin’s father was not McDaniel, as previously stated.
Her real father was Michael Anthony Ford, another convicted sex offender who served a prison sentence for sexual exploitation of minors after being caught in the 2005 series To Catch a Predator.
