Spotify’s AI playlist is now rolling out to more Premium subscribers — here’s who’ll get it next

If you’re a Spotify Premium subscriber eager to try out the music streaming service’s AI skills at curating playlists based on prompts, we’ve got good news. After previously rolling out to Premium subscribers in the UK and Australia in 2024, AI Playlist is now expanding to the US, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand in English.

You can now use Spotify’s AI to create a playlist based on a prompt as short as a single word. You’ll need to be a Premium member, which in the US starts at $11.99 per month for an individual, $16.99 per month for Duo (aka two accounts), or $19.99 per month for a family plan.
