Mary Fowler shared a message about self-esteem as the Matildas superstar took to Instagram for the first time since the shocking rumours about her boyfriend Nathan Cleary surfaced.
It was reported over the weekend that Penrith player Cleary is considering leaving the Panthers and the NRL for a dramatic move to the UK Super League in a bid to be closer to girlfriend Fowler.
The 21-year-old striker plays for English club Manchester City and the two have been in a long-distance relationship since Ny Breaking Australia exclusively revealed their romance in November.
Panthers sources told News Corp that Cleary has not raised the subject with the club and that it would be a huge task for the 26-year-old to pack his bags and move to England.
And in a series of photos she posted to the social media platform Instagram, Fowler shared a rather cryptic message to her 428,000 followers.
“But why do you want to see your worth through the eyes of a stranger?” the message reads.
“Why can’t you see yourself with your own eyes?”
She also shared selfies in a brown tank top, showing off her braided hair.

The latest rumor emerged after Cleary’s Panthers teammate Brian To’o said during a brazen post-game interview earlier this month that the two are now “engaged.”
Fox Sports asked To’o why the Panthers fans cheered so loudly after the Panthers’ 18-12 victory over the Titans.
Cleary, who is recovering from an injury, was in attendance and presenter Yvonne Sampson wondered if the superstar halfback had angered the crowd.
To’o joked that fans were cheering on Cleary and her girlfriend Fowler, who are now “engaged.”
“They’re just chilling on the sidelines, everyone’s going crazy. They’re actually there for Nathan and Mary, so congratulations, I think they’re engaged.
