Signature Global awards Rs 320 cr contract to ACC to build housing project

Real estate company Signature Global has awarded ACC India a Rs 320-crore contract for the construction of a luxury residential project in Gurugram.
The company has appointed ACC India Pvt Ltd for civil, structural and partial MEP works for all towers, basements and other ancillary buildings for the group housing project ‘Twin Towers DXP’ at Sector 84, Gurugram, Haryana.
The total contract value is Rs 320 crore, the company said in a statement.
Signature Global has not yet put this project up for sale.
Lalit Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global, said: “This will be one of the most exciting projects we will ever undertake and the crown jewel of our portfolio.”
“It will be one of the tallest towers in the region and Arabian Construction Company, along with their Indian subsidiary ACC India, is known for building many notable towers in the Middle East and India, demonstrating their proven expertise in executing this project,” Aggarwal said.
Ani Ray, Managing Director, ACC India Pvt Ltd, said that the company has been awarded the contract by Signature Global for the ‘Twin Towers DXP’ project and it will be completed within the prescribed time frame.

ACC has been associated with landmark projects such as World ONE (84 floors, 285 metres) by Lodha Developers in Mumbai; 88 East Kolkata by Tata Housing & Keventers, and The 42 (62 floors, 255 metres)…”, he said.
Earlier this month, Signature Global awarded a construction contract worth Rs 1,144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts for the development of the luxury residential project ‘De-luxe DXP’ in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram.
The housing project is spread over 16.65 acres and has 1008 units. The total developable area is 28.12 lakh square feet.
Signature Global has delivered 11 million square feet of space across various projects to date.
The company has a pipeline of 32.2 million square feet of marketable space in future projects, in addition to 1.6 million square feet of ongoing projects.
In 2023-24, Signature Global achieved sales orders worth Rs 7,270 crore and has targeted to achieve turnover of Rs 10,000 crore in the current financial year.
