Nimble promises all-in-one automation for SMB growth with new features
Nimble has launched new features that the company promises will help drive growth for organizations, not just specific departments, in a move that further bolsters the company’s efforts to become one of the top CRM software providers in the market.
In a press release shared with Ny Breaking Earlier this week, the company announced the release of Email Sequence Automation, a feature that integrates the recently launched Email Sequences with key capabilities like Web Forms, Webhooks, and Workflows. The integrations are bidirectional, the company explained, and should help teams across marketing, PR, customer service, HR, accounting, and others.
“By connecting workflow pipelines to email sequences, Nimble supports the entire customer journey, from lead capture to closing,” said Jon Ferrara, CEO of Nimble. “This enhancement helps teams realize significant savings by consolidating their tech stack.”
The new feature comes with industry-specific email sequence templates, automated lead and contact management, extensive customer journey support, and scalable contact engagement. More details on the complexity of the new offering can be found at this link.
Capturing leads and closing deals
For those who don’t know, Nimble is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to help businesses manage contacts, communications, and sales pipelines. It integrates with popular productivity tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and social media platforms to collect and organize customer data from multiple sources.
The CRM comes with a plethora of features such as contact management, email tracking, and task automation, streamlining both sales and marketing efforts. Finally, it consolidates all data into a single platform, allowing teams to collaborate better and improving customer engagement.
The features are already available for use, Nimble said, and users can get them all in one payment plan.
Nimble plans to release more updates in the near future, including Lead Engagement Automation, announced today, and Marketing Automation at Scale, announced later this month.
