A foundation color from an Australian beauty brand has proven so popular with beauty fans and experts that it has been dubbed ‘incredible’ by satisfied customers.
In fact, Naked Sundays is BeautyScreen SPF50 Peptide Foundation Tint was named ‘product of the year’ by celebrity make-up artist Max Made and several shades sold out within minutes of the product’s launch.
Fans of the tinted foundation say the formula “blends so seamlessly” and “melts” into their skin, leaving them with a “flawless, radiant finish.”
Another fan shared: ‘The Beauty screen is a game changer! I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and it gives you that perfect, light coverage. It blurs imperfections and leaves your skin hydrated and radiant… My new go-to for an everyday glow!’
‘I’ve been looking for this for so long! It’s so easy to apply because it has a silky consistency. The color match is also perfect. It’s the perfect everyday foundation,’ shared another.
The mineral SPF50 tinted foundation is available in 13 different shades and claims to offer broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
Given the hype I was eager to give it a try product to see for myself whether the compliments were justified.
I don’t like wearing foundation because it feels too thick and heavy on my skin, but my favorite BB cream doesn’t provide as much coverage as I’d like, so the Beauty screen promised to fill this gap.
The product absolutely lived up to expectations. The consistency is beautiful, the coverage is impressive, which normally indicates a heavier formula, but the shade is really incredibly light.
I have chosen Shade 3, Warm Honeywhich is maybe a little darker than I would have liked, but you can mix shades to find your perfect match. I would say if you are torn between shades, I would go with the lighter option.
The formula of Beauty screen consists of peptides, chains of amino acids, which help form proteins, such as collagen, that the skin needs. Polyglutamic acid, helps hydrate the skin by attracting and locking in moisture and the product also contains Niacinamide, which can help even out and brighten skin tone and Squalane, which helps retain moisture.
I find that traditional foundations can leave my skin feeling dried out at the end of the day, but the Beauty screen Tint does not dry out my skin.
The Beauty screen is easy to apply with just fingers, but I preferred using the brand name foundation polishing brush and discovered that a small amount of product can do a lot.
Naked Sundays offers bundles on your product, so you get more value for your money.
Fans of the tinted foundation say the formula “blends so seamlessly” and “melts” into their skin, creating a “flawless, radiant finish.”
The tint blends beautifully with the skin, covers imperfections very well and my skin looks radiant. Despite the SPF50 in the formula, there is no white cast visible.
Out of habit, I apply my usual SPF50 to my skin before I Beauty screen but the brand recommends using at least a full 1/4 teaspoon if using it as a full-spectrum sunscreen.
My only criticism of Beauty screen would be the size. The product is only 30ml which is perfect to fit in any bag to take with you, but since it is now part of my daily routine, I think I will go through the tubes pretty quickly.
Naked Sundays is the brainchild of former reporter and entrepreneur Samantha Brett, who launched the brand in January 2021 with just two products, the SPF50+ MistAnd the SPF50+ Collagen Glow Mineral Perfecting Priming Lotion.

Earlier this month, Brett was in LA to Beauty screen product was presented to a number of influencers in Hollywood and the reception of the new shade was just as positive in the United States as it was in Australia.
